Update on my report on Erlebniswohnung: was there again last night and must say: the 1st experience was way better, than the one yesterday.

You can get all at any Apoteke (pharmacy) quickly and easily but you must have German, or at least EU, doctor prescription. Might cost 10 -20 Eur here, depending on doctor. You might be able to just walk in to an allgemein Artz, explain your situation (that you are pathetic, horny tourist here to take advantage of cheap German and Romanian sex providers, etc.) and they might write one. Or bring existing but very recent 2019 prescription from your doctor and see if German doctor might honour it and write one.

I agree with Ninja. If you have a prescription, the old "suitcase lost by airline, can I buy 1" is almost always possible. You actually might have better luck at the airport before you get into town. Many of the airport pharmacies are a bit more lax when it comes to prescriptions.
