Not much new happened in the last two days of my trip. I tried one of the massage girls I met while walking around Fields Avenue. Ms Ay was 21 years old and a single mother. It is possible that this particular monger was a known pervert and on watch lists in the USA. However, that raises more questions as to why he was allowed to fly to China, and then on to the Philippines. The article said that he was perving on Facebook and intended to meet and fuck the girl. A few years ago the hotels started to require ID from everyone. This hasn't change much at all. But I would not rely on the hotel's scrutiny of the ID.

Hotel and condo security have been known to turn in foreigners who are with ladies too young. Remember that they are like bouncers at bars, they see lots of ID's and can get very good at spotting fakes or borrowed ID's. They may be honest citizens turning in a pervert or scammers taking a piece of the shakedown from the cops. (or even both LOL).

Once upon a time, the Filipinos would wait until such mongers checked into their hotel and come knocking.
