Most of the agency girls will not go to Cascadas or La Zona (there are exceptions but rule of thumb, agencies don't go to Zona). All payments are to service providers and they deal with agencies.

I would say yes they look like their pictures. One incident last year threw me a curve ball. But, in most instances you will get the girl you are looking for. I got a girl bigger than what I was expecting but she was great. I like the thicker girls. Light skinned. There's a few girls that kind of look Asian but they don't exist anymore and I definitely like those light skinned girls Asian features. Something about Asian features. I just pretend I'm having fun with an Asian girl. Just look out for baby scars that might be hidden, look out for tattoos if that's your thing they will blur those out for safety and identity reasons. Look out for hair color changes or style.

What an awful website. Looks like something that was made in the mid-90's. Their $150/ hour rate is a ripoff by MX standards.
