I would like to get any more hint about the location, I know there is no St. Regis in Karama.

While visiting Karama behind the St Regis Area for dinner, just by chance I walked across a brightly lit board for an AMP. Its on the same bldg of a famous Gym. I will assume that you are driving. Drive from Dubai towards Sharjah on Ittehad road. Take the aptly named exit 69 just before you enter Sharjah. You are now in Al Nahda 1, Dubai. Go straight at the roundabout. On your right you will find an unremarkable restaurant named after a color and a plant part. This building has 3 AMPS on the ground floor. Go to the one named after an alphabet and a couple of mathematical symbols. Ask for a lady from China whose name starts with the third letter of the alphabet and sounds like the bean everyone's favorite sweet is made with. I hope this helps.
