Most of the agency girls will not go to Cascadas or La Zona (there are exceptions but rule of thumb, agencies don't go to Zona). All payments are to service providers and they deal with agencies.

I would say yes they look like their pictures. One incident last year threw me a curve ball. But, in most instances you will get the girl you are looking for. I got a girl bigger than what I was expecting but she was great. I like the thicker girls. Light skinned.
