Same here. I always tell the girls no pictures of me at all, none of us together, and I retain the right to review pics on her phone before she goes. If she points the phone in my general direction and tries to take a snap she is gone.

Most are fine, as mentioned they usually only want pics of themselves in nice hotel rooms, pools. Places nicer than their kampung. When I see profiles of girls with lots photos of them in various hotel rooms / pools I know they are in the game and available for money.

While I'm not opposed to girls sending me selfies in various states of undress, I've never been in to this. I'm struggling to think what positives can come from photos of me, surrouded by hookers and / or in a Asian girlie bar, circulating to everyone with a FB or Insta account. Some guys seem to love it though.

Ya, my girls never post any photos of me on their instagram either. I think it's just an oversight on their part though. They wouldn't exclude the photos of me on purpose.

But at least she's consistent, about 5 years pictures and not a photo of a foreign guy, although has certainly been taken to various expensive places over the years, going by some of the pictures.

Aren't you only in Jakarta 3 days? You won't likely have time to find a girl to go to Bali with you in that short time frame. It's a big gamble taking a girl to Bali that you just met.

I have always used Tinder or other similar dating apps only when I am in the city. From what I have heard, most of the girls who area clearly into it for the money, do not like waste time chit chatting with potential customers who may or may never show up. They don't like to be auditioned.

OTOH I believe websites like Indonesian Cupid might hold more promise for this MO.

It's horses for courses. Yes there are girls in there that are purely in it for money and they are very easy to spot. There are also plenty of ladies who are just in it for a good time and something different from the normal hum drum life. Haven't been disappointed on what I have organised thru Tinder before arriving. Have stayed clear of the very obvious Bule only, $$ profiles. No talk of money but I do tend to give them a little on top of taxi money, that's me keeping it in the P4 P world in my brain. Have one regular who I will ship to KL if I visit there as the scene in KL has gone to the dogs in my opinion. Have also flown her down to Bali. Return tickets, food and a nice little dress and she's as happy as can be. Pay for a months memebership, set yourself up as in Jakarta and away you go. Find a couple of possible candidates, have a couple of "interview" sessions and take the one you like. Sounds rather crude and direct, but the girls on Tinder tend to be only after one thing as well. If your time is short be direct in your intro on Tinder, saying what you are after. You will still get hits. On the other hand you could set yourself up as being in Bali and use t to find girls there.

I have read on the forum that CJ'S and Bats is a good place to find Freelancers. I am going to Bali for a few days after I leave Jakarta. I am thinking of maybe taking a freelancer with me rather than hunting about in Bali. What's the daily rate for a freelancer if I pay all expenses like flights, hotels, food, drink and all entertainment costs.

If you do find one you like enough to take to Bali, it depends how much the girl likes you. Most girls will go to Bali for free (other than you paying all expenses) if they really like you. You may need to pay up to 1 million for "oleh oleh" (gifts) for their family and friends, but won't have to pay them a salary. If they don't really like you, then 2 million rupiah per day for a BATS or CJs girl. I have never given any girl that much, but that is worst case scenario.

Sort of depends what you promise her when she gets to Kelapa Gading, If You tell her you caught a lizard it may not work. If it's shopping at Mall Kelapa Gading then you might get your girl.

If I was on a 3 day stay in Jakarta and could choose any place to stay, I would stay right next to the Kelapa Gading area and hit those places. Kelapa Gading Mall is very close to them as well. It's a one stop shopping center perfectly designed for mongers.
