Yes, Ace is open. Richmore Hotel is just another name for the same place. Prices are 50-120 RM, though 80 RM seems to be the going rate for most providers these days. Plenty of Bangla and Indian guys at Ace. The place is grotty, but there are no safety issues as long as you pay, and move along when instructed by the friendly mafia guys. They don't want trouble any more than you do. At Ace, I like that you deal directly with the girls, and that you can sit (or stand) and gawk as long as you want.

You should def check out skyriver as I noticed you used the word "affordable" a couple times. As for being "safe for an Indian guy", its pretty much safe for any guy willing to pay for the service. The only way its not safe is if you don't want to pay the set price and think you can haggle on your first girl. Probably can haggle on your second or third booking, maybe.
