While I hope you're right, I don't think the city can become as restrictive as it has become (banning even legit massages), then overnight on July 1 revert to the way it was before. Each time there is an extensive anti-mongering campaign, things ease up but never return to the way they were.

Bottom line: Some of the zealousness will fade, but certain restrictions will linger. We will never, I feel, get back to 5 years ago or even 3 years ago. Wishful thinking won't change that.
