Sosua is the best place where you will find girls of all shapes, shades, attitudes. Very safe to walk around in the main drag. There are close to two hundred girls to choose from. There are many mongers mostly from USA who will help you. You need to play some games to get the best girl without spending too much. It is a bit of an adventure. Last May I went it was full of guys from New York City. Not many pretty girls. If you like beach activities Sosua beach is good. Cabarete is a short ride away.
If you like structured no hassles adventure go to BB resort. It is like a brothel resort. Fixed prices. I never stayed there so cannot vouch for anything.
I like a bit of adventure all over the world.

Buyer beware. No quality control, or anywhere to take complaints.
If new, BB for the first few days is a good intro. Controlled environment, no drugs, thieves, allowed on premises. Monthly checkups for STDs. Take any problems to the management.
Prices are set. See one you like, start the chat, take her to your room, only 30 yards away. Repeat / rinse. A good intro for beginners.
P.S. Check the respective threads for details, if questions remain, post them.

Don't come if you are American. They are dropping like flies in the DR (according to First World media).

Any info about the price of girls service?
What would be a average price for a whole night / day? Would that change for multiple days?
What would be a high price (high end girl) for a whole night / day?
Thanks in advance.

Posts: 23I have never been to the Caribbean. Have heard good reports about Dominican Republic and want to travel there later in the year. Is Sosua the best place to stay for the first time in the Dominican Republic?

"Sixth person killed".
Killed and died are two very different things; is there any reason to believe there was foul play or this is just crap reporting?

Money can be exchanged in Western Union offices, exchange offices in La Sirena stores, etc. Or ask your cabbie to take you to a 'cambio. ' (Usually need to show your passport). There are exchange offices all over, to include most bus depots. The rates don't vary hugely.
Answers are generic, as you didn't specify a location.

Is generic cialis available for purchase in Sosua? And are all the money changers basically the same, or is there one that generally offers the best exchange rate (USD)? Thanks.

A lot of tourists overindulge on the free, unsealed liquor and beer at the all-inclusives, and the temptation for some bar staff to substitute bootlegged booze in area bars is always there.
No license is needed to sell food on the street or from a vacant lot, and strangers do big business on the beaches selling food, ice cream and shell fish from a basket on the hottest days to tourists.
So there's lots to be aware of.
But another problem tourists face is having to vacate their rooms on certain days, for the mandatory pest spraying. I see many people complaining and having a bad reaction to these unknown chemicals sprayed liberally, especially older folks. But if hotels don't spray, they get complaints about bugs.
You got to be careful out there, if you don't want to go home with more than a bad case of the runs!
And my own Golden Rule: never, ever get into an argument or insult the person who serves you food! Lol
