I think Natty Bumpo has mentioned the names of specific Phat Phong bars, that he enjoyed fairly recently, and his taste is quite similar to mine, maybe a bit more forgiving of nose jobs and sillies. He does not take any pudgy girls and the face has to be superior. He does not need big tits (same as me). Possibly the ones with "Castle" in the name that also don't have Ladyboys.

BB said more natural looking girls in PP, but I am not sure I noticed that. Many guys don't care and may not even suspect a nose job (they are getting so abundant these days). A very subtle one can still be a pass for me, but some of the Thai TV big stars have quite ugly nose jobs to my taste, and I think how on earth did she get to be the leading lady, with such a distracting nose? Do Thai men get nose jobs or sillies? Not much if they are not a LB. I guess only the gay guys dye the hair blonde too.

BB mentioned more relaxed, and better attitude girls. I think that is important. No one needs a pressure bar.

I haven't been to Patpong in about 10 years because it always sucked. It had too many lady boys, and not enough pretty REAL girls. Busy as all hell due to that big market in the middle of it and around it, lots of tourists. The ping pong shows had women that are over 50 years old doing the shows. It sounds like it has changed drastically if you are saying there is a laid back atmosphere there. In the past, that place was far from laid back.

I was in Bangkok the last couple of weeks. Soi Cowboy did suck and is a shell of it's old self. Nana was pretty good though. I didn't try patpong due to it sucking so bad in the past.

ET is right that outside Cowboy bars may have a real good looking girl (hopefully non LB) to pull you in, but inside can be dull.

I have been to Phat Phong again a few times, also with Natty. There are signs of improvement. Some bars were still a bit over rated, like Bada Bing, Electric Blue (I think as the name) and Black Pagoda. Some bars still had a lot of surgeries. However good signs of improvement, so that definitely an option, in the Kings Castle group.

One day sitting with Natty, the girl I liked happened to be same girl I had previously fucked in Twisters at Nana. Took me a few minutes to realise I knew her already. So that means the girls were not especially superior to my taste but competitive, and fine for those less fussy about "enhanced girls".

There are sections with whole rows of ladyboy bars, or something else wrong I forget the detail now. Some bars have Coyotes that can't be barfined I think. However selecting the right bars, can be fine. As I used to stay in Silom are a lot, could be even convenient. Taxi can get to Phat Phong late at night in just 10 minutes or so from Sukhumvit, depending on starting point (I guess I am thinking of getting there from Cowboy straight down Ratchadaphisek).

As I like a bit of full nudity, I might be converted if full nudity comes in, and naturally topless with G string would be a huge bonus (near enough to nude). I have not been there enough to be really expert. I certainly used Phat Phong bars a lot in the early 90's, avoiding the rip off joints. I think regular customers do not have a problem with rip offs so much but some rip off bars may still exist.

Now that Cowboy has rip off bars, abundant Coyotes and ladyboys, abundant surgeries girls, and the doll look intended for the Asian customers, and abundant fatties and uglies in some bars, it definitely falls well below the standard of yesteryear. No advantages over Nana and Phat Phong that it used to have. I have basically quit Crazy House now. Kazy is possible for occasional visit (with skinny girls) but don't like the frequency of shows. Yet to actually BF there. Scared of the pretty girl's inexperience and shyness. Tough to tell if she will be fine or another dud. In Nana I don't really find any bar to consistently interest me now with Billboard still the best for me, to have some superior looking skinny girls. Pretty faces, not that many but some. Cowboy still has some bars with full nudity, however standard of the girls varies. I can ignore a bar full of nude fatties (e. G. Long Gun) as long as there are 1 or 2 girls worth looking at. Had a visits to Doll House and Lighthouse but did not find any girl sufficiently interesting to the fussy spec. Shows the decline of Cowboy for me.

I still need a basically natural and skinny girl bar showing the body properly. Alas too many bars, cannot see the tits properly. Can't stand double layer bras. My visits to bars declines greatly, and prefer to visit known girls, maybe in the bar, maybe outside. I don't have the psychology where need to fuck every girl, so don't have to keep changing girls, and increasingly the probability of crappy sessions. No point changing from a good girl to a bad one.

Plenty of girls I tried, sadly disappeared from contactability, so don't know where they went. Otherwise would still be repeating them.

Its all about specific girls for me, not really bars, but have to be able to find a good girl or two. Would be silly to stick to one bar area. Have to try Phat Phong as well if time available, unless giving it all away. Actually I don't use Soi 22 bars at all, it seems like an expat style area with girls of consistently low quality looks (at least I did not find anything). We never seem to get reports about specific bars there, only MPs, and I usually struggle to find anything much in the MPs there as well. Definitely the soi for very average girls. I bet there are few Japanese there (at a guess).

Don't stay at Dynasty Grande then, your girls won't be able to get in the hotel since they are under 20 years old.

I don't ask ages I'm just going off of my guessing.

When in a bar I look for the ones on the fresher end of the spectrum.

Thats a big Thai thing, dropping prices to get more business just isn't a concept that is prevalent in Thailand (or SE Asia). They'd rather get MUCH less business at more cash than be "degraded' by being cheap, even if it means less money overall, they don't understand the trade offs of cheaper + more customers and such once they've raised the prices, that's generally the price and its not going back down. These girls, and hell a lot of the service industry in Thailand, just have a completely different concept of pricing structures than the West.

Venue specific pricing always works like an union but the price is more like minimum advertised price, and it gives girls better bargain position. Air fare works similarly. When one airline raise price, other airlines will follow. You should not have problem finding more examples.

If you look at Smooci, it has a much wider range of prices. Inside Thermae, the flexibility is often in the form of services provided. The less desirable ones usually offer more or better services, and will be more flexible. The prices are also more flexible outside Thermae, LB or not, also when they make deal outside after closing time.

I am pretty sure one will see price lowered if the girls are like stocked merchandise that has an associated capital cost.

I don't disagree with members who say there is no free market. That is one perspective but that also means US is not a free market. That is not the definition some other members used here so we are really discussing two different things that happen to have the same name.

I think Thai P4P girls know very little, I would say virtually nothing, about the going rate anywhere outside their current venue or station. It isn't as though they do market research or send shoppers out to price/service compare before they settle on an asking price. For the most part, go-go girls and Thermae girls have no idea there are dozens of girls their own age accepting 400-500 baht (after the bar takes its cut) to give customers a BBBJ+CIM in several nearby BJ Bars, including the room and no tip required. They don't know what kind of money and for what kind of service massage shop girls get and visa versa. They don't have a clue what kind of rates FLs standing right across the soi from their own go-go bar are getting. And those FLs probably have ridiculous notions about what go-go girls make in a month and what they generally provide in the room.

A newbie, first time Bkk punter would know more about the competition in terms of price and service from one venue to another in 2 nights than most seasoned P4P girls will ever know or will ever care to know.

There is the rare crossover where a previous Thermae girl finds herself standing in front of Nana Hotel trying to pull customers. But she probably becomes quickly discouraged when she discovers her 2,500 baht going rate in Thermae is a non starter out in the wild.

I think they don't know because they don't care to know, don't want to reveal that they don't know and therefore never ask, never question what they are doing and for how much, don't really approach any of it as a business in that way. That would require effort. And a willingness to admit to themselves that they actually are working in the sex for pay industry. It isn't so much that their practice of raising their price when customer traffic is low is a bad business model, it is that they have no business model at all. All they know is they didn't make as much money this week as they did last week so they have to start asking for more.

You have to ask the manager about take out. It depends on each girl. The cost is comparable to go go bar. The BF will be higher if you want to take her directly to hotel. The room fee for 1 hour including drinks and some snacks so it is not too bad. LD is extra with price similar to go go bar. This is the most common fee structure in Japan town. The easiest thing to do is just ask the manager before you go in. Sometime they may offer you a fixed price for 1 or 2 hours in the KTV room.

Can you post a link to the YouTube video? The amounts vary greatly depending on the bar. 800 per hour for usage of a large VIP karaoke room and 700 baht per hour per girl to join you in the room for singing ONLY seems more reasonable. I think the girl I wanted one night was 1500 baht per hour just for her. Maybe that's the Farang price? Add room, drinks, food, extra tip for the girl since the quoted amount is only for singing and companionship, etc. and it was a huge pass no matter how good looking she was. I did try to get her Line but that didn't go over well with mamasan or the girl.

In my line of work, I need the money, so rather than drop my prices, I am more likely to give them a lot of extra hours for free. They will get value. Win win. Some girls are smart enough to give extra special and time service for a bit more money but not all. The girls are not economics experts.
