We are not dealing with robots. A girl can have a bad day. If they have 3-4 appointments a day 3-4 days a week, it has to be tough to be at your best each and every time. Funny thought: How many guys review the girls they see? What percentage of a girls weekly appointments get reviewed? It is probably very small. Say less than 5%.
