Highly recommend you look into AirBnB. Just got back from an amazing trip. Stayed at a beautiful very luxurious private villa with private pool for less than $70 USD/bedroom/night. We could have had a dozen buck naked girls cavorting in the pool and nobody would’ve known or cared.

Some have pointed out that a guest may be able to bring back a girl free and clear to the Avani through the Beach Road garden entrance, but I would not rely on this especially if you are booked in the main building. I do know, straight from the manager's email, that unregistered girls are not allowed in the pool or restaurant areas, so to hell with Avani.

This small correction aside: I agree with all the other advice in your post.
Another small correction Natty. The Marriott didn't change hands, its a rebrand to one of Bill Heinecke's Mint's (PLC) in house hotel brands, the other being Anantara. Must be targeting the family segment which Pattaya is reportedly trying to attract. Would be interesting to know whether it's working or not.

Right. If you want a soapy experience go to BKK. I recommend La Belle and Maria Hotel & Spa for quality girls and quality sessions. The difference from what you will find in a Pattaya soapy is night and day. But these two BKK bordellos are expensive. Prices range from 3800 baht to 10,000 baht per session depending on a girl's classification, but they do have stunners on site. Welcome to the big leagues.

If you have different information or first hand intel please enlighten us, as I must have missed your field report.

Most 3* hotels close to Beach Road will be girl friendly, serving mongers is the point of their existence. It's low season, so you only need to book the first 1-2 nights, and then extend or change places. Only posh places (like the Marriott or Hilton) charge a joiner fee.

If you're two guys traveling together for the purpose of mongering, it's much better to book 2 separate rooms, unless you want to use some elaborate warn-and-stay-away system when you have a girl visiting. Very few things spoil the mood and freak out the girl more quickly than the 2nd guy barging in unexpectedly. If you really love sharing the room with your friend, you could use short time hotels for the girls, but they cost extra, are usually shabby or at the very least unfamiliar and using them decreases the chances of a GFE or long time.

Note the Pattaya Hotels thread, you can ask there for specifics.

You don't need contacts in Pattaya, the whole point is hanging around hundreds of hookers and picking one that strikes your fancy. If you really need contacts before you go, chat up a few girls on ThaiFriendly and get their Line IDs, that's better than a random contact from a random forum member (often out of date, plus one man's meat is another man's poison).

Instead, hit up Soi 6. You have the choice of hundreds of girls and you simply go upstairs to carry out the transaction, all available from 2 PM to 2 AM for roughly half the cost of a soapie.

Syzy, I can almost guarantee you that the other 2 girls in the photo do not work at Babylon. As LBM stated seems like this bar hires promo girls. IIRC they are having some sort of Penthouse girls night this week.

I have never been here which is why I asked Mr E his opinion of the lineup.
I think I'd choose the middle myself. 500 Baht? Dam prices seem have dropped.

Really depends what OP wants. We all slam the soapies because they are mechanical and not good value but there's no denying that if you visit often enough and know the right days and times to go there are some good looking girls in some of the soapies around town. The main ones are all within walking distance but there are several others around town hardly discussed on ISG where you can also find a gem on occasion.

I recommend everyone to try at least one soapie if you've never done it. Certainly we all had fun in our very first soapie. At least I did

Never having visited a soapie is like saying I visited pattaya and never went to a gogo bar on walking street or never went to soi 6 or never hit the beer bars in lk metro or never walked along beach road to look for a FL or never having tried one of the 1000 massage parlors or never having visited a G club / bj bar or never been to iBar, etc. Enjoy the variety pattaya has to offer.

That's what they want to do now. Read some days ago in Bangkok Post - 650 Mio THB budget for reservoir and solve problems on beach Road that the water stay near Sukkhumvit and not come down to the beach. Nice profit for some people. 555.

It isn't just the Thai way? Corruption is everywhere not only in Thailand but here the philosophy is maybe not to finish the job or do it right? Doing so would mean no money coming into their departments meaning no skimming off the project. When the airport opened in the beginning they had to do many of the ground area where the planes parked because the cement used was below grade so the weight of the aircraft causes the ground to sink.

On the Darkside, many of the roads are finished on time, they seem intentionally rip roads up during the winter, that enable them to leave the project unfinished for months because they skimmed off the top so it can't be finished then they budget again to continue the paving but leave with the drains unfinished for several more months etc etc.

You see all the work done on Pattaya Nua, from Sukhumvit to the Dolphin circle where Terminal 21 is located now they just allocated 70 million to do a study for the skytrain system which they want to come from Sukhumvit down Pattaya Nua to Beach road means everything they did got to be ripped up again?

Several years ago they took money 120 million from the Outdoor stadium where we played Softball so they can create another lanes for Beach Road the reason today the Stadium is still unfinished. Lots of money people getting rich by not doing it right the first time.
