There is no question outcall will be cheaper. And if U get out of Scandallo for less than 1000 R you are doing pretty good. But Scandallo is NOT for grabbing a girl and having sex. It's the EXPERIENCE you are paying for. Seeing that many 7-10's in one place at one time and all wanting to go with you. Wow. It's intoxicating. Sure if you can't afford it go the direct route or heck go to CAsarao. You'll score there for sure. But if U have the coin the atmosphere and spectacle at Scandallo is unmatched.
