Someone sent me a PM and attached a medical journal report on reengineering, so to speak, the effects of bladder operations gone awry, which also caused my retrograde ejaculation. I forwarded this article to my current urologist (he did not perform my original operation) to ask his opinion about this procedure to reverse the retrograde ejaculation and now awaiting his response. I tried it and it works but the subsequent volume densities and color would not be the same. However, this would not help your condition. You should check with the other specialists to see if there could be any repair work.

So now I am stuck with this situation. When I use a condom, I generally just tell my partner I came, which is true as you still can have an orgasm, but bury the condom so she can't check for semen. I do like the posters suggestion to tell your partner that as an older guy there is less ejaculate. Also true — as the explanation for a paucity of semen.
