A little off topic but I'm pretty new to all this. Going to be in Panama City soon and am tempted to find some company. My question is, I'm concerned about STDs, is it really a risk if you use a condom for everything?

I have been mongering since about 2014 and for the first few years used condoms. The last couple of years I've been using them less and less but plan on going back to using condoms outside of one or two women I bang regularly.

Read my posts dating back more than 5 years regarding Habanos. You'll learn a lot!! There is air conditioning in the upstairs bar area which is normally very quiet, cold and empty. It's a great place to negotiate with a Chica from a position of strength. See if there is a mutual connection. Remember you have what she wants. Dollars pure and simple. Also there is a small bar and cigar lounge adjacent to Habanos. Beers are $3 and cigars are 40% less than Habanos. Overflow women will hang there if the Chica numbers are high. Read and learn. Habanos may not be for everyone but you can land a Miss Universe any day of week there.

I prefer Alejandro's any day over Habanos. Everyone is going to Habanos now and taking out a girl and going straight to Alejandros and drink at 1/2 price and then taking the girl to Alejandro's VIP room for $30 per hour. All the taxis are recommending that us gringos do that. I love my cigars and the cigars in Alejandro's are real. I'm a resident in Panama but took a break from mongering for awhile. I had a few too many drinks watching the Raptors game and found myself craving some attention. I rolled up to Habanos and sat down at the tables along the railing. The view was great but it's boring now. I'm sweating my nuts off and paying for overpriced drinks. The cigars aren't bad so that helps balance things out but at the end of the day it would be nice to grab a girl. Have a few drinks and hit a spot on-site. The space is super private with a washroom, sofa and big tv. But forget all that for the moment. If you find a girl and the service is crap then it doesn't matter how good the venue is. You probably won't return. Thankfully. Laura was off the charts. Great attitude. Skinny. Light skin. Checked all my boxes. Obvious YMMY but you should receive what you want. After we finished. I went onto the patio and sat at the back table not realizing that was the boss's seat. He came over and actually wouldn't let me leave. Guys Ache has closed down a few months now. The only bars with girls now is Habanos and Alejandros. Personally, I prefer Alejandros because I think Habanos's drinks are way too over-priced. I go Habanos, take 1 beer and choose a girl and take her to Alejandro's VIP room. You save 50% that way. Why pay over-priced drinks and then have to pay chica fees at the hotel?

Live in Tampa, FL and there's a direct flight on COPA that makes it so easy for a long weekend. Tons of clubs and bars with chicas but I'm not that price sensitive and I like to gamble so casinos have been my hot spots for chicas. Pricey but I've found them to be extremely clean, professional, very hot and not clock watchers. I've stayed at a number of hotels and visited all of the casinos. For those of you like me, here are two recommendations.

1. The old Trump Tower hotel (now a Marriott) with attached casino. Chica's galore, especially after 9 pm and the hotel didn't question me even once when bringing one back. Expect to spend $2-3 but worth it IMHO.

2. Panama Hilton with attached casino (StarBay? Nice hotel and nice casino. Stayed there once and got one chica. However, I've since learned that they charge a $100 guest fee if they suspect your amiga may be a worker. Staying there again in 2 weeks so I'll confirm. Frankly I don't care that much because the girls are so hot and the rooms are great but many mongers are more price sensitive.

Last night was my final mongering night in panama and I went for my 4th time to club capri. I personally feel safe pretty much everywhere except for bocatorena tbh and I feel bad for the girls who work there.

Went for the second time yesterday and was pleasantly surprised to realize that the waitresses are also working. You need to buy them a couple of drinks to loosen them though, since they are very new to the puta life.

Prices very affordable on drinks also. VIP private rooms come in handy at $30. All in one place.

I would not advise anyone to go to Club Capri, this place is notorious for robberies and gang activity. I live in Panama over 20 years and this place is very dangerous. I had a friend shot and killed there in 2017 when he refused to give up his wallet to a bandit. I have also heard of numerous tourists being robbed there. Too many to name. beware of this place. If you are a foreigner and looking for some company, I would advise you to go to Habanos and Alejandros. These places are much safer. The last thing you want is to end IP losing your life trying to save a couple bucks. Take my advice. Capri is not worth it.
