I have learned that in many countries, LE runs their red and blue light all the time. They are probably flashing when the LE stop to take a [CodeWord140] in the bushes. Besides they aren't raiding shops with cars activating red and blue lights, else by the time they'd get to the massage room they wouldn't witness anything.
Most raids are done by civil cloth officers, the swat then comes in but arrests already started in the shop and you see people running not just standing by.

I've read on previous posts that there's an unlisted massage at 398. I tried asking for it, but they said they don't do special messages.

Hey guys,

I am finally back in SH and able to make a good field report. After all the bad weather reports lately I am pleased to say that things are open for business again. Biggest difference I noticed was most of the external signs for MP's are gone. Some of the facilities are also gone (physically removed) or changed to different business.

Went to a MP I have reported on before in north Gubei. Same girl I had before. Young, nice shape with well done bolt on see cups. Strong massage on the back, soft hands on the flip.

I think one thing that noobs need to be aware of that is that 396 option is not on the menu. You have to ask for it. And if you're a noob and you cannot speak Mandarin, then this may be awkward.

MPs being raided:

- if noone gets caught in the act and noone confessing anything, worse case scenario 24 h at the local police but most of the time nothing.

- if one gets caught in the act, clients get 24 to 48 h, girls 1 to 10 days, boss up to 20 days if not charged or much more if charged.

I only got raided once over my many years and MPs. Police opened the door, checked I was wearing the blue trousers and girl was just massaging my head and left.
