Same, I took the NEX recently allowing a bit over 90 minutes and it ended up getting delayed (it just said "accident" I was definitely glad I left early. Since the trains usually never leave late, I wouldn't risk cutting it close.

So your 9 hour layover just got reduced to 7 hours because of average travel time to / from the airport. As a US passport holder, Japan and the United States participate in reciprocal visa waiver programs so a US passport holder can enter into Japan for up to 90 days without a visa. Of course, clearing immigration (in both directions) will subtract more time from your layover. You could visit JanJan or Happy Hinomaru pink salons and select timed options-20 minutes, 40 minutes, 60 minutes, etc. (or even more if you want). Longer periods of play typically come with girls rotating in to service you. While the pink salons will probably give you the happy ending you are seeking, more likely than not you won't get the best looking or highest quality of woman at either of the locations though.

Which airport, Narita International / Haneda International? In either case, you would most likely be doing outcall to the nearest love hotel or (if you're lucky) business hotel. Also, Narita is considerably more inaccessible (via public transportation) than Haneda, so outcall to that area will more than likely be pricier than to the Haneda area. The most famous foreigner-friendly pink salons in Tokyo are Jan Jan in Sugamo (where you can't choose the girl) and Happy Hinomaru in Kabuki-cho (you choose the girl from a pic). Usually the girls for gaijin are not young nor beauty.

Sugamo is cheaper, if you go there before 7 pm the price is 3000 yen.

You can try also Dio / Emotion in Gotanda but I'm not sure about their price and system, never been there.

Anyway Japan is a beautiful country for sightseeing and food experince, in case you can't find much P4 P.

Totally agree about the non P4P activities. Tokyo has so much to offer. My buddies & I just visited all the famous pizzerias in Tokyo from Studio Tamaki to Seirinkan. Apparently Tokyo's pizzas are regarded as the world's best, even the Netflix documentary Ugly Delicious featured them. The P4P is just the icing on the cake.

If you just want BBBJ then Tokyo is the right place for you. THC and the other deriheru services do not officially offer FS by law so BBBJ is the standard.
