Well, I will give you my viewpoint. There is not one but many SPs operating from several park street locations.

I think the real SP is rarely in the picture. Mostly it is a chain marketing system with sub and sub-sub brokers thay compounds to the problem. Went to park last week through a locanto contact. Very good profile 9/10. But hurried service with restrictions and no GFE. You do feel cheated with kind of experience after paying 8-10 k.

Haven't tried other options in Kolkata yet so can't compare but with 5 star at least you are assured of good quality rooms and feels safe.
