Aloft on Soi 11 is a beat up, worn out hotel. The only attraction is Levels night club which is great!!

I stayed there in January and it is fine. I have stayed there over 10 times and it has barely changed in 6 years. If you are a Marriott member it is usually the cheapest option in BKK.

Is Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 4 girl friendly? Does anyone know? I stayed at Phachara Suites and they allow only 1 girl a day and any additional girl is charged 1000 baht which is not what was mentioned before. Any insight would be helpful.

If you did a bit of rtff and / or search, you would have found out that this question was answered, with a yes. Indeed, the Novotel on soi 4 is girl friendly, at least it was when I stayed there early this year.

Any tips guys on short stay in BKK, I will travel up from Pattaya and get to BKK midday but need to be at the airport at midnight.

So 12 hours all that is needed.

Stay near the BTS to make it easy to get to the Airport train. Look on the hotel consolidator sites like hotelscombined, put in your price preference then search on the map for hotels near the bts. I found the Grand Swiss good value and is right next to Nana but there are plenty of cheaper options if you just need somewhere to park your bags.

Because female and other guy were nice, the rude guy was like not happy to see me from check in to check out, you can see some hotel reviews too, sometimes they are not happy to repeat sentences which they said once. It happens, I experienced it.

Please check in Pattaya reports I posted one about my last trip, in BKK I stayed in three hotels in my last trips raumchit, hotel Miami, sawasdeeka, in this I liked sawadeeka, small rooms budget friendly, but had a complementary BF, I bought my girl for a night stay here. Then Raumchit was OK kind, no free breakfast, two eggs in their hotel costed like 100 bhats or something like that. Miami is a old style hotel, male receptionist was little rude in Miami hotel, I don't know may be because of skin tone. I bought a freelance to Miami too, not a great experience sex and hotel too, but good thing both Miami and sawadeeka had personal lockers.

The Bell bus from lower airport level is very good. Many Bkk Thai people use this service!

You can search Google Maps for Bangkok Southern Bus Terminal. Its not near any of our normal mongering areas at all. You could get there by MRT to Tao Poon and then train from Bang Seu to Taling Chan, but probably easier to take a taxi, from Hua Lampong MRT station. Go real early maybe. There must be buses to Southern Bus terminal but I have no clue.

Better might be to catch a train, from Bangkok Hua Lampong station, to Hua Hin. However you would be wise to buy your ticket a day or two in advance, not just turn up there. Bookings can be heavy some times of year. I did not actually use a train for many years, mainly due to difficulty of needing to get tickets in advance.

So best have you massage fun in Sukhumvit normal area, then late at night, e.g. midnight catch a taxi to Hotel near to southern Bus station, assuming you can check in so late.
