Yes, Ace is open. Richmore Hotel is just another name for the same place. Prices are 50-120 RM, though 80 RM seems to be the going rate for most providers these days. Plenty of Bangla and Indian guys at Ace. The place is grotty, but there are no safety issues as long as you pay, and move along when instructed by the friendly mafia guys.
