I have been visiting Tijuana for last 10 years. I am more into younger SG. I generally visit once or twice a year. Arrived in the Zona around 8;30 pm. For some reason there was a incredible amount of law enforcement by Camino Del La Plaza. There was about 5 CHP on the freeway on ramp towards the border. SDPD had blocked of San Ysiidro blvd heading south past the Burger King. Not sure, but I believe there was a protest.

Walked around for awhile and eventually ran across Olivia. Olivia was in good mood and promised she would be willing to please. So got a good BBJ / Facial from Olivia. The several times I've asked street girls for I'd to check if they are 18 at least, the license wasn't even from Mexico. So I doubt the street girls. Are using or paying for that I'd card in many cases at least.

I have things to clear out. I'm coming from another start. I asked two chicas about the health card. They both said it costs 2,000 pesos to get it. One of them said then is 600 after that. I think she meant monthly because she said mensual / monthly. Or she could have meant 600 pesos after it expires. I don't know. Only one of the chicas had the health card and the other one was dreading spending that kind of money. She wants to get it though. I didn't ask to see it. The chica that didn't have it asked me if I had a contact to see if she can get a discount. I said I was going to ask some people. But I don't have anyone.

Some guy outside La Gloria pointed out to his buddies that I go there a lot. He seemed pretty upset and bothered about it. I think he's a taxi driver. I kept it cool but was more careful than usual. My own impression is that the quality is roughly about the same. The big change now is that there is fewer US girls. My complaint about Tijuana is that the SG's offer limited services and want to charge extra for BJ's. The other issue that the BJ's often lame.

I don't know if she is. But the big picture of my post was that if la policia or whoever is just going to advice chicas to get a health card with no repercussions then why would they get one.
