With the current heat wave rolling in, what are the best clubs for staying cool. I know GT has the garden and AC in the cabins, SS has AC and the pool. If I want to session without melting on the lady, what are my other best options.

2018, in the Frankfurt area, DB and RMV train kiosk machines where changed and updated. I discovered I can use my credit card to buy my train ticket. I like it a lot.
2019, in the Dusseldorf area, I could not use my credit card to buy my train ticket. I can use my debit card. At first, I did not like entering my pass code but I did and there was no problems.
I traveled from AAchen, Germany to Lemiers, Netherlands on the bus going to Sixsens. The bus driver accepted my credit card. 3 euros.
Back home in the US, I use my credit card for almost ALL my purchases. In Germany, I used my credit card for my super market and gift purchases.
It minimized the number of times I pulled cash out of the ATM's for the girls. Maybe in the future the girls will take credit cards. Ha, ha.

This article provides some insights into the issues of nightclubs in Berlin. Granted, it is not about FKK but perhaps some of the dynamics are similar. I had never been inside Berghain, anyone know what it is like? Seems like it is one of the largest and most successful, and yet they say it's rev is just 5+ mil and a net profit of slightly more than a mil. Also highlights the challenges related to real estate renewals, of raising credit driven funding for a risky venture like clubs, and so forth. One thing I did not get any details is the cost of licenses — alcohol license, sex club license, whatever other licenses one needs to run an FKK and how that compares to a club like Berghain. I wonder how difficult it is to obtain a sex club license vs some other nightclub licenses.
The challenge of raising money through bank loans for these clubs might explain why many of them are supposedly owned by HA and other such groups.
The article says party tourists bring in a billion into Berlin economy annually. Not a bad sum. Us sex mongers are probably a lot more insignificant.

Posts: 6681GT and LR seems to be able to hold their prices up because Germans, dutch and others don't like Turkish men (women is a whole other story, but we all know that, LOL) So there is a double market going on in nrw. And the willingness to pay is also quite racist. But this is nothing exclusive to Germany nor FKK's. In Singapore and Geylang for example, the locals took this to the extreme. And it was all about 'helping' one owner whom they liked. Even if other houses had much hotter and better girls. They just didn't like the owners there.

Berlin, all of Switzerland, most of Austria (even if the taxes are higher there) and many other places in Germany are far from equilibrium. And pure goldmines.
But unless clubs innovate, a cheaper entry fee is not enough. Just look at Andiamo's troubles compared to Wellcum. But I wonder how well Babylon Elsdorf does now after their 'upgrade'. While other clubs like Oase and Acapulco hasn't raised priced at all after large renovations.
I also heard the new owners of the Acapulco Velbert building are two women. So I wonder if that is a good thing. Maybe it means they are less greedy, and don't want to rob the girls like some male owners tend to.

After all, line up and service is most important, for me lineup is most important actually. Service I can negotiate.

Payroll, electricity, water, food, hygiene materials, and maybe the maintenance of a pool and outside area for those who have. Fixed assets are considered as first year investment even the air co in rooms. They even have the same expenses no matter how many mongers visit, the food, the robs, the slippers will always be the same. So goldmine is not only Artemis but all clubs IMO.
Even when we see one club shutting down the owner has another one more profitable.

50 e entry for guys, and 35 euro entry for girls (25 e tax included), then mainly considering food expenses would still give the owners a very healthy investment risk return!
