This is not a report about a specific visit but more a general report of the Erlebniswohnung (translates as something like "Adventure / Experience Apartment". In a small space of time, or a single day in Berlin with limited flexibilty then I suggest what NNinja said, and just go to Artemis.

Except if you read carefully, Ninja said if only option is during the daytime don't go to Artemis. Not worth price (80 EUR entrance + 60/ 30 min minimum and probably more) vs private flats (140 ish for 1 hour with typical extras), unless you also want to swim and chill outside, or use sauna, or exercise room. Especially in summer, A very slow during day-maybe 10 girls before 1700.
