Try Suhagra 50 MG or 100 MG if you're up for it. Manufactured by Cipla. Try smaller pharmacies. YMMV on the side effects.

You can try Suhagra 50 MG, made by Cipla. Should be available at local pharmacy without prescription. Try the smaller pharmacies rather than big brand ones. YMMV on the side effects.
