It's all about the money, Their job is to rent and keep the complaints to a minimum. They'll bend over backwards for a trouble free low maintenance guest. Even more so for a regular!

Take a little time to feel girls out. This is if you want more then a quick nut. If you are looking for a quicky hardcore girls can serve the purpose but set your expectations up front. When I was there in November I stayed at Casa Valeria and had a great time. Very nice hotel, great service, great food, chica friendly. Next to New Garden.

Apartment /condo /residential properties post this stuff to protect their owners and regular tenants from having it turned into a monger /hooker haven, with all the loud and in your face partying that goes along with that. There's plenty of chica friendly hotels in the area for that.

On the other hand, they like the dinero, so will "tolerate" a quiet and discreet guest.

Where I live they have a "strictly enforced" no overnight guest policy, unless registered, but as I have posted here, my regular and her girlfriend visit and stay for days on end, and hang out by the pool, with no problem. They know the staff and management, and are respectful.

It's a weird, but quite common policy which allows them to shut down noisy parties, and evict problem renters and hookers, as they see fit!

If you owned a condo in one of these properties, you'd see it works quite well for everybody!

Guests / local ladies are not allowed to walk on the premises and are expected to stay INSIDE the rented villa and have no permission to use the terrace / garden / pool area. The registered guests are fully responsible for the guest / local ladies' behaviour during their stay. Guests / local ladies have to be driven on the premise discretely to and from the villa. It is NOT permitted to pick-up or drop-off guests / local ladies at the entrance area of Residencial Hispaniola. It is not permitted to bring in guests / local ladies in golf-carts. ".

Has anyone stayed there, do they actually enforce this? Staying there in a few days, any input appreciated.

In the past when I went there years ago, putas would hang out at the pool all day, then management kicked them out. Any changes or you just have to bring them in.

In Sosua hotel Bellamar is also chica friendly, good thing is they have 24 hour guard. Bad thing is no breakfast. But they had on-site restaurant. It is right on the beach. One side is facing beach across from casino. One next to it is also good. Similar looking building hotel. Forgot name. Stayed at Bellamar twice. If you got big pocket, then Casa Marina all inclusive.
