Nope, not a certainty at all. It can be shaved down to almost completely get rid of it. I have read on this forum before that it can be done as day surgery.

Not only that, but hard to see Adam's A on some guys and see one on some girls. People vary. Its a bit rude to go feeling the size of the lump on the throat too. I can feel my Adam's Apple well enough, but I can't see it if look in the mirror and my neck is relatively slim (not thick fat layers).

Definitely dead givaways. They have big ass feet and they don't have the mannerisms of a real woman. They have mannerisms of how they think a woman acts. For instance they stick their arm out and hang their purses where their elbow bends. You don't see women doing that.

I would not say mentally ill. But here is my take on life. We all start off as female in the womb. Some people's body and brain make a complete change over to being a male and we are what I would call natural males. Some people's body change to male, but their brain is still stuck as a female. These are what I would call a natural ladyboy. Some people's brain change over to being a male, but their body does not. This is what I would call a butch. Then of course there are people along along the entire spectrum that could go however way.

Being organisms we all have defects for lack of a better word. I have asthma, someone else has bad eyesight, another person's right leg is shorter than the left, and some people are ladyboys. That is why I say normal does not exist. Everyone has something about them.
