Let's just say if Wilt Chamberlain had announced he acquired HIV (sexually) I would have no problem concluding he could only have gotten it from a woman. But not Magic Johnson. JMHO, of course.

I think Aids would relatively easily be suspected by doctors when people die of very abnormal causes, diseases that they would normally survive, we have all heard of stuff like Karposi's Sarcoma, etc.
I can't say really if every disease in the villages were blamed on Aids, by the community whispers, however I doubt if Aids researchers would be blaming Aids for everything so easily. I don't see Aids getting blamed for many / any village deaths these days. It is mostly cancer (most common), motorcycle crashes, disease from wading in contaminated water, Dengue fever, etc. Many other things. Don't hear of TB at all really. Here it is called "Wanarork". However not prevalent, or not heard of this village recently. That Aids was blamed incorrectly in the past, could well be exaggerated, as I don't see it getting blamed now at all.
We should be asking what things villagers are exposed to causing high cancer rates? Smoking, farm chemicals, bad diet, etc.
I don't believe distribution of condoms is very relevant to reduction in AIDs, for hetero couples. We already agreed hetero sex was a very low cause of HIV in the first place. Given the levels of unwanted pregnancies, we certainly know the villagers are not big user's of condoms. Ha ha.
One would suspect that no longer sharing needles would be first major cause of HIV reduction, then whether gays started using condoms for anal sex, I don't know (and don't really care). HIV persons being treated would also reduce HIV being passed on. There are many reasons, starting from awareness. Condom distribution most likely just a publicity stunt.
I am still believing that Aids rates in the villages used to be high (years ago in line with overall HIV rates in Thailand) but certainly don't know what were the major reasons (acts causing it).
I certainly recall reading a while back of different strains of HIV being dominant in different countries, and the risks attached to contracting them varied significantly, as did the survivability rates etc. So there wasn't just one HIV with one risk factor. The risks in Thailand may not be the same as in the USA.

Nobody will know chances of contracting STDs. Even doctors and scientists don't know it. That's why I never trust statistics. Everybody is different. All depends on your body. You may contract gonorrhea without knowing it, your body clear it without you knowing it. That's why infectious diseases are complicated. Some people contract typhoid but never develop the disease and over time the disease disappear.
In the medical literature written by pharma, no bacterial infectious disease can be cured without medication. It's not true, body can clear the disease before it becomes serious. There are many medical literatures where scientist contradict. There is no proof antibiotics is the only way to cure bacterial diseases. In the past, the medical equipment and accuracy was so bad. For example, some types of balanitis and posthitis were misdiagnosis as syphilis because of non pathogenic treponeme living in the inner foreskin, gonorrhea, penile cancer, fourgnier gangrene and chancroid were believed to be the cause of syphilis. What I mean, nobody will know the chance of contracting STDs. It is as if I tell you what is your chance of developing colon cancer if you keep eating meat. Some people don't eat meat but develop colon cancer. The medical literature changes all the time. If it was easy to understand the chances of contracting a disease, nobody would be sick.
The anwer is I don't know the chance of contracting STDs because there are many factors. Some people never wash their hands and eat raw meat and never get sick from salmonella and other people wash their hands and eat well cooked meat all the time and get sick from salmonella. There will never be an answer because medicine is complicated and people are different. Medicine is like politics, scientists don't agree each other.

Serious question.
Whether it is our first time together or our fifth, I still have no idea who a girl was with and what she did with them the week before that session. So I am no more and no less preoccupied and worried on the first session than the fifth.
I suppose if we spent weeks only seeing each other every day and night I would know with more certainty that my chances are less. But that just doesn't happen in my world anymore.

Everything is about money, now they want hiv negative people to use their fucking truvada. Truvada is very bad for healthy people (bones, liver and kidney). I don't advise straight people to use truvada if they only want to protect themself from hiv but I always advise people to use condoms for protection against other STDs and pregnancy. Oral sex is zero risk for hiv. Oral sex is low risk for orther STDs. I have never seen straight people contracting hiv from women, sex is cultural in Brazil, straight men have as many partners as gay men in Brazil. Unlike in the USA where , gay men have more partners than straight men . MSM are the most affected in Brazil. Gay sex is dangerous.
I have sex with girls with condom or without condom, It depends on the girl. For example, I always use condoms with new partners for vaginal sex.
Now people are so scared of HSV, but HSV is very common and harmless, if I can choose between having hsv and diabetes, I will choose hsv. Most people don't develop outbreak, some people develop an outbreak, most of them only develop one outbreak their whole life. Recurrence is less severe.
The stigma creates fear of sex and makes people feel guilty. I don't give a shit about stigma and guilt, I just say, leave me alone, let me fuck bitches. I have to get empty all the time to feel better. Thanks to sex and sport, I am healthy, I don't live stressful life, my brain feels good, My prostate works very well, I fuck and come 4 - 8 times a day. I don't take any viagra. My male organs excercise well. I jog and do other cardio excercises 5 times a day.
That's why I decided not to live in the USA, better to stay away from catholicism and feminism. Sex prison is not for me. I love Brazil, I fuck everyday, I live like a king. I m proud to be Brazilian. As a jew, I feel safer in Brazil. Nobody judges me there.
Conclusion: Those folks on the forum are scared of STDs but they don't know they will suffer from other diseases that are way worse than STDs in the future. Life is too good to be scared of spooky sexual diseases. Forget hiv and leave it for gays, pussy is too good.

BBFS. How much and what kind of risk is involved?
With the controversy on reliability of stats for numbers, causes and effects it seems neigh impossible to know precisely.
Is it minimal? Perhaps but what is not in doubt BBFS with somebody who's history is unknown carries an increased risk of contracting a STD.
The smarter working girls worldwide know this.

This is related to your rant on untrustworthy statistics for those things because I think one of the reasons they stopped reporting this, that and every other death in some areas of the world with the possible (and only possible) exception of motorcycle and auto accident deaths as being an HIV/AIDS-related death is because the scientific community eventually came to a consensus conclusion that it is not only difficult for an HIV-Positive man to infect a woman with HIV through unprotected vaginal intercourse without a slew of typically unmentioned co-factors involved, but it is extremely rare for an HIV-Positive woman to infect a man with HIV that way (to the point where it is apparently relatively difficult to locate and verify such a man 40+ years into the awareness of the virus).
Therefore, the "reports" of seemingly commonplace male-to-female and female-to-male transmission of the virus via vaginal or oral sex had to dry up. They could and would no longer be taken seriously.
The thing about these worldwide panics where a lot of energy begins to get revved up to do something about it quick before it destroys the world is impoverished areas that do indeed need some attention, doctors' visits, medical treatment, food and money will often find a reason, any reason, to claim they ought to be first in line to benefit from the effort. Not saying all of those "reported" heterosexual death statistics were bogus. But there is definitely plenty of understandable motivation for some if not many to have been fabricated.
And in this particular case, widespread distribution of condoms during the era just might have been a coincidental rather than a causal factor in the reduction of those kinds of earlier "reports" regarding vaginal or oral sex transmission.

In Indonesia, TB is one of the leading cause of death. It also kills many immunecompetent people in Indonesia. HIV RELATED DEATH CHANGES BUT TB IS ALWAYS HERE BECAUSE TB IS A REAL SHIT. TO ME, HIV STATISTICS ARE BULLSHIT.
no need to be taught by someone that has no experience with infectious diseases. Immune deficiency may happen because of many causes. Biopsies on every corpses are expensive in developping country. (no money, no insurance to cover expenses for poor worthless people) so better to give the name of the cause of death without wasting time and money. Statistics are just speculation.
Who cares about villagers, they are poor and worthless. If they die, nobody gives a shit, they are just a number.
https://www.tbfacts.org/deaths-from-tb/ As you can see statistics are bullshit. many people die of tb in Africa.I don't really care about future and progression, because there was never a progression, people always die. we will all die someday.
