IT is a normal procedure. Just give ID and a fake phone number at reception. I have been there many times no problems yet.

In JLT, quite often you can circumvent security by walking down the car park ramp and taking the elevator from the basement car park. If not. I just give a fake number and say you are going to a different apartment. Pick another floor and give the same apartment number on that floor. I have used uaemensclub with very good results. Honest and responsive operator, generally hot girls and most meets in what appears to be a 'hub' hotel in Tecom (damage usually 1 k for 30 minutes). That particular hotel has a coffee shop which permits a more covert entry into the main lobby and from there to the elevators.
