(Spoiler: This isn't much of a trip report, but it's all I got. I didn't go arriba with anyone.).

Playboy: Pretty topless dancers 8/10 to my taste*. I'd read that they had private booths, and wondered what was happening on the second level. It looked private, but I only saw girls going up there.

A third agent asked me if I had a prescription. I said I did, and showed it to him. He pointed out that the prescription was almost a year old, and called for only two (monthly) refills. He said I should have a prescription that covered the current month. I explained that I always got my Cialis in Mexico, so the prescription was never even an issue. He told me to update my prescription, and waved me through.

If it hasn't already been said, it's better to keep meds / pills boxed or in its packaging. Driving or walking around in Mexico or crossing the border with loose pills is not advised. Other than that any sort of ed meds are fine. Nobody should say anything. Don't even say anything and if somebody questions you, tell them you forgot to claim. Moe.

I also have Sentri, but I always walk back across to the US. I also use Piri for the great deal on Figrals.

I asked the CBP agent about bringing back 10 pills without a script. He said you must have an Rx signed by a Mexican MD. Now, how well they enforce this? Who knows. Maybe when driving through, they won't hold you up for a few pills (I think the max is 40. Could be wrong). But walking? Depends on what kind of day they are having. I wouldn't take a chance at losing my sentri card for this. From what I hear, it's up to the CBP to yank it from you. Besides, I found another mail order source via an Indian pharmacy. I just bring over what I need. Done is done.
