Many 5 star hotels have restaurants on the 2nd, 3rd, and / or 4th floors. You don't need a key card to access those floors, so you can meet the girl on those floors if you are ordering outcall. If you are walking in with a girl, then as someone else mentioned, try to do it as early as possible, like before 10 pm or 11 pm. Otherwise, it will may appear obvious that you are bringing a WG into your room at 2 am.
