Fase II you have to time right, get there after 11 pm on a Fri / Sat night and they will have 50+ girls on past 12. Most I find to be hot with the top 5 being "Oh damn, got to have me some of that!

Everyday anywhere I go you will always see me with this bag from Walmart. Not a traditional backpack; I don't know what it is called.

Oh I'm with you man. To clarify, I prefer not to walk around in shorts in MDE like I would in other countries. My preference is to try not be too much of a gringo.

I don't recommend carrying a backpack around. However, I almost always carry a backpack in Medellin. Inside are a few condoms, sildenafil, ibuprofen, a bottle of water, my light rain jacket and sometimes an umbrella. No money, nothing I can't afford to lose.

Besides having a few supplies, it's handy to carry things if I stop by the store.

The backpack stays home if I'm going to a strip club, or planning on walking in El Centro after dark.

I assume he's talking about Vane Restrepo and her WhatsApp group. Since he mentioned 250 k for a price. I believe that's what the price starts at for her girls. She's a retired prepago turned pimp and can be found on Facebook.

From most reports she sends out photos to people in the WhatsApp group on a regular basis. Also from most reports, it always seems the girl you want is never available when you want her.

Just got a little confused. I thought you posted a list that I didn't see. Are you talking Chica list in Map & List, or a actual list of hot fb chica profile?

Sorry if this belongs in chitchat.

I've found myself with a decent collection of travel related clothes and gear over the years, and sometimes I like to talk about them.

I aspire to be onebag / minimalist. And I'm not far off. But I like comfort items too.

    Anyway.

I ran in to a higher than normal facebook flake rate my last two trips to MDE. (just came back 7 Sept).

As such, I kept this pack safe shoulder / cross body / fanny pack stocked and ready. And it came in handy when I was on pressed for time on a lunch break, so I could just grab, go, bust a nut, freshen up, get back to work on my laptop. I was staying off of La70, and I know of a small local casa like less than 10 min away from my apartment. Energy was the other I visited, as its close and just a short ride too. I believe also easy to get to Centro casas, but I didn't press my luck with my time constraints.

Yeah, I could use a backpack. I'm just over fumbling around with backpacks right now and feel more mobile with fanny pack.

Yeah, I don't even need the bag if I'm wearing my favorite travel shorts with cargo pockets. I dunno. I've got it in my head that in MDE, walking around in shorts and sandals screams "I'm a gringo", but that can be totally argued as a non issue. Its just my preference.

And yeah, I could just carry shit in my travel jeans (complete with hidden pockets, zippered back pockets). But I dunno. Just feels bulky.

OK fine. I don't really need the bag or all this shit. I just like it.

Did fanny packs come back in style a few years back? I see a lot of local young'uns with them. Does it mean I blend in? I dunno. Don't care.

I don't keep all my cash in the bag, I spread it out. Got a stash in the belt, some in a hidden pants pocket, even a little zipper in my sock.

Maybe you'll find some inspiration or ideas.

Shoutout to the poster who recommended the big pacsafe portable safe for the inspiration.

Got one of those too, recently worked well in Mexico, and I'll use it in SE Asia and India later this year.

Here's my grab and go (a la bug out bag) casa bag and items:

    * Pacsafe Vibe 150 2.2 liters shoulder / fanny pack. Can be worn cross body.

    - Lots of fun little anti theft features like cut and slash proof, locking zippers to deter pickpockets, tons of pockets and compartments. You could even lock it down to a stationary object like a table or beach chair or whatever (I even keep two little TSA locks in it for this reason. But I only really used it once in this way in San Andres).

    * Condoms I purchased in the US.

    * Small container of lube / individual single use lube packs.

    * Baby Wibes / Personal Wipes.

    - I bought a few 'travel size' packs for maybe $1 usd and they were perfect. About 20 wipes in each, and I haven't gone through the first pack (only did 3 casa runs this last trip). Says 'kills 99.99% of germs'! Jajaja. Its been my experience the chica sometimes wants to clean you off if you don't shower. And depending on the situation and my appetite, I might give her a little wipe on her coochie too.

    * Microfiber quick dry hand towel.

    - I bought a set on Amazon, but for the casa, only pack the hand towel measuring 22 inches x 14 inches. I was actually able to shower and use it to sufficiently dry off my entire body (I didn't wash hair). I'm happy with it, maybe not for everyone. Post session it was a little damp to put back in bag, but it really does dry quickly. I suppose I could bring along a Ziploc bag if I wanted to protect other items from dampness, but I was typically headed right back to the apartment anyway.

    * Leftover body wash from whatever hotel.

    * Viagra stash as needed.

    * Lighter and post session smoke if I feel like it.

    * Little Bluetooth speaker.

    - don't judge me that I like to have my own fuck music going. Kind of like dancing, I change my rhythm and tempo depending on what song is playing jajaja. Weirdly enough, it kind of helps me keep track of time, knowing how far down the playlist I am.

    * Gum and sometimes a travel size refillable Listerine and some chapstick.

    - I just like having access to this shit. Hasn't happened in while, can't remember if prepago or not, but I do know I've had times where I'm like hey baby don't you want this piece of gum (because her breath was terrible).

Still plenty of other room to hold other bullshit you want to lug around.

    Anyway, there you have it!

    Here is a picture.

Damn. I got turned around. Rotated the whole park 90° clockwise.

Works well for me. Almost too well

I second that. Solid advice. Worked well for me after cultivating a small pool of FB friends (not like 5000, more like 250), and a quick post of me coming through the new tunnel, or on the rooftop, or at the pool. And your facebook messager will start going crazy. I posted on whatsapp status too (privacy settings set to only show to the chicas I have contact info for) and same thing.

Doesn't have to be only on the time you land. Any post / status / story update while you're in MDE seems to have same effect.

For me, it can get a little overwhelming and time consuming with multiple messages coming in fast and furious, quickly looking at the profile and photos, and deciding how / if I want to respond.

I feel like an airline sometimes, where I oversell my available time slots (meaning sometimes double book, knowing someone is sure to be late or flake) and then having to manage through that!

Funny enough, its happened multiple times now, where mid-cita a ping from FB messager comes in and the chica happens to glance over and is all 'well who is Sheyla! Go ahead. Talk to her! Jajajaja they all know its all business, yet they do seem to get jealous. Be advised though. I've told a chica if she's not hear in 5 minutes, don't come because I've got 3 others who can be here in 2 minutes. And when she did arrive, that got me a tongue lashing and not in a fun way jajajaja.
