Who is their best source of empowerment while growing up? Perhaps their fathers are. They need to teach their daughters to be strong as I did for mine.

That is a lot harder in countries that are male dominated and the girls are still treated like second class citizens. Western countries have become more civilized. These places are still decades behind. There is nothing wrong with hiring pretty girls and that is a good thing. But I think you know that their philosophy is shit.

Why do you consider the employ of pretty, female traffic cops unacceptable? I don't see any potential, negative results in doing so. If it works, it both empowers the pretty female cops and reduces traffic problems. I hope it does both. You're right in that women's rights in the Phils could use great improvement. On the other hand, they have to empower themselves to be smart enough to not become victims.

Now a simple reply is RTFF as the Philippine forum contains a wealth of information on what, where, how, who and prices.

And you could fly internationally to Cebu but depends what route, which carrier and where you depart from. Again that is covered in a RTFF as some give ideas of cheaper airline.
