Thailand is hard to beat, specifically Pattaya to me, but don't count Rio out. Not as easy to navigate as Pattaya, but if you do your research, you can have a great time. The places listed by Universal X are a good start, especially if money is not an issue, since the prices at those places are comparable to pulling one from the Go Go Clubs on Walking Street.

Mabs, Dolce Vita and Kalabria are probably comparable to the Walking Street FL clubs like Insomnia, 808, Lucifer etc. If you are looking in the Soi 6 range of prices, hit the massage places like Eden, Delirium, 583, Duda's, Bel Prazer or Terma 502 to name a few. If you really want it cheap, there are the trash termas downtown for as low as $14 for 15 minutes (LOL).
