At Billboard anniversary party was tough for me to spot stunners under poor lighting. Rather than debating just how many were stunners or really pretty, and there are some, it is easier for guys to go look at some example pics and apply their own preferences.

For me the girl with the single ponytail is stunning on twitter, and some others are quite pretty. Girl with brown hair and blue eyes looks good and another. Just my taste. If I had seen this girl with the ponytail I would have tried to get her, little doubt. The best girls could have been taken after 9 PM when I visited.

Far from being put off or spooked by it, whenever I hear a Nana Plaza go-go girl who is sitting with me is one of those "Special Girls" for whom a 1,500 baht barfine is required rather than the usual 700-800 baht barfine, my interest in negotiating upfront with her in the bar is very much increased and more likely than not to produce the result I want.

I have not been taking these 1500 Baht BF girls. Why do think negotiation goes better? Can it be because they get fewer customers willing to stump up the 1500 BF?

My favourite scenario remains a no negotiation, where a price was not even stated which still happens these days (believe it or not), little fucking chance if a mamasan arrives. Easy for me without asking for special requirements. I just want a girl who is really into Farang dick. I am willing to give a girl a little bonus if she was great (which means well above average). I am nearly allergic to mamasans, and believe any negotiations with girl are likely to go worse, once a mamasan arrives. Busy body mamasans really put me off. Sex with condom is still working for me with some girls, if right fit and they move right, but not all girls, and for a new girl that is very hard to predict. So I do understand why guys might be negotiating for BBFS up front. Wondering if this place attracts FL's like the old Bangkok Beat or any of the dancers and coyotes after they leave their work on Soi Cowboy. If so, what is BF? I have been to Country Road but did not like their house band plus the action, at least before midnight, is woeful. LB's appear to be everywhere now. It's a plague!

I don't think gogo dancers and Coyotes are going to go there (unless you take them there yourself), and quality of the bands varies from mediocre to woeful. Lets face it, they could probably get a better gig elsewhere if they were really good, but even the filippino band I mentioned was not able to pull even people every night in the end. They might have been more successful in Cowboy but there are rif raf customers to put up with.

I am not intending to advertise this place, more so to say if you want go to listen to the music in this Corner Bar, definitely after Midnight. Just too shitty before that IMHO. You can take your girl from some other bar in there or can see if any hostesses appeal. Definitely some very skinny girls in there. It maybe that girl attitudes in there can be better than some other bars, but girls may believe their bodies are not good enough to work a gogo or too shy. Drinks seemed to be 180 Baht, to cover the entertainment etc.

Yes Hostess girls can be barfined, I doubt there is a certain time. Without the hostess girls to augment the band, the venue would probably not work although had a pool table too. I have not been in Country Road, in recent memory. Scared they would have Country and Western music which I really hate. Perhaps not.

I forget if I saw a 6000 total come up or if they did not get to a final figure. I still think was a Plus, 80% but I must face that I am not certain. Happened quick. I should add that in my experience it is a snap to get the "Special Girls" who require the inflated 1,500 baht barfine in Nana Plaza go-go bars to come down on their 3,000 baht asking price. The barfine might be 1,500 baht but it is not all that unusual for me to get the girl to agree to 2,000 baht for her, 2,500 baht at the most. Either they are well aware that paying 4,500 baht total for a ST will drive away too many paying customers or they will get a cut of that barfine so as to offset a lessor asking price. Or, as I have suggested on this subject here before, there is a prestige value for them to remain on that "Special Girls" list.

Yes, most of the "Special Girls" with that inflated barfine cost are younger, baby-free and better looking. But if part of the reason a girl qualifies for the "Special Girls" list is because she closes more barfine agreements with customers, gets more repeat customers to return to the bar to buy drinks and take her again and never gets a complaint, then imo that goes a long way to explaining why they have been more inclined to agree upfront to providing me with the kind of Real Sex/True GFE I negotiate for in the bar. And for generally no more or not much more of a total cost then I would pay for a much less rewarding session with a 700-800 baht barfine "regular" girl.

Palace go-go bar is not in Bangkok. It is on Walking Street in Pattaya. There was a small flurry of conversation about it on this thread because Goatscrot mentioned it a couple of times as having one of the best lineups he'd seen anywhere in Thailand for the past 20 years, 8's, 9's and 10's abounding. That was notable enough to spend at least a little time with it here in the wrong thread. I think if I'd seen such a sight in a Bangkok go-go bar I might have automatically assumed there was some kind of photo-op, promotion or special event going on where non barfinable models had been hired for the evening just for show and to hustle Lady Drinks, No Touch, No Barfine, No Sex allowed. Therefore, to have someone as discerning as Goatscrot say that about a Pattaya go-go bar was quite notable.

Of course, if and that could be a big IF (don't know from first hand knowledge) those 8's, 9's, and 10's in that particular Pattaya go-go bar don't go with non Asians and don't provide what I consider Real Sex/True GFE, which for me is essentially either BBFS+CIP or BBBJ+CIM, then in my case and perhaps many others they might as well be those kind of no sex models only for show and to hustle Lady Drinks.

Note to visitors and newbies: Despite the longwinded critique about live bands in the Nana / Cowboy areas, here is the real picture.

They suck. They all suck. If your idea of fun is hanging around a steamy sweaty bar loaded with drunken Yobs listening to some kid from Laos rote singing the words to Smoke on the Water then by all means go for it. But flying 10000 miles for garage bands that isn't as good as the one in the strip joint outside an Okie tuck stop isn't my idea of fun, and I doubt its yours, unless so are so bored with the nightlife that you need to deaden yourself.

Thays not to say that there isn't good music, but you are in Thailand, go to a Thai place. Those aren't in the faranag ghetto though. Some folks need to get out of there.

Here is another Thermae report for you newbies, valid up to Sept 26. Tues, Weds and Thurs are the nights I prefer, less crowded. The Chinese have been scarce, but Golden Week is coming so next week is going to suck, crowd wise. There have been some very young looking girls there, usually they being watched / trained / covered by one of the formal / informal Mamasans conveniently scattered in the crowd. If you know what's up in the place, you know the ladies I mean.

I actually almost took a young lady oout on Wed, but some scared Japanese kid got to her first. I should have waited around, he could have drilled my pilothole LOL. The band I used to prefer in Bangkok was the Filipine band at Check Inn99 but long gone now. They had 4 quality girl singers, and one guy soso for singing.

The Philippines are known for their quality cover bands. It is a national industry. At City of Dreams Casino in Manila, 5 or 6 different cover bands rotate sets all night long. I find it very enjoyable to relax at the bar there, have dinner, and take in the scene after a session with a hot MNL girl.

Went to Corner Bar because my ex favourite Crazy House waitress works in Corner Bar again. To be here, you have to be a guy who likes old time rock music (mainly), because they have a band playing suited to expats. In case you don't know, its on Cowboy corner with Asoke opposite Country Road.

They have several hostesses, more than a dozen I think and these girls are bar-fineable. One very tall post-op LB as well, and LBs are getting so common even in cowboy these days. 5 Star, as example, has a posse of post-ops (in addition to naked dancing girls) who only seem to pester the Asian customers. In Corner bar was the same. The ladyboy went to Asian.

At Shark in Cowboy all the coyote girls are BFable and may fuck for similar prices to the gogo girls.

I guess it was April 17th when I payed three ladydrinks to a most beautiful girl in Shark. Then I found out that she was a Coyote. She was not barfineable. Mamasan confirmed. I left. So beware. In Tilac all Coyotes were barfineable but god knows why they are coyotes. Most of them are not very pretty. Just an opportunity to ask higher prices. I liked Tilac to drink with some ladies. The band before midnight specialised in heavy metal and heavy rock, e. G. Deep Purple, Van Halen, AC / DC, Jimmy Barnes covers, even some Pink Floyd though and someone requested Zombie. Dolores O'Riordan (The Cranberries). The guitar players were okay If a bit too loud. The singers were pretty woeful for pitch and diction, and gave the impression of yelling a bit more than singing. So while I may have liked the song (with original artists) I did not like the rendition. The entire band wore hats a bit like AC / DC used to hide their faces a bit (or because its cold or trying to be cool).

The band after midnight was a contrast and vastly more superior to my ear. The volume of the band was reduced a little, and singers had much more pitch ability, the young guy singer clearly was a top English speaker (became intelligible). He even had a pretty good attempt at Bohemian Rhapsody. So chalk and cheese. I won't bother to turn up till nearly midnight next visit, so I can get the good band of the two. Strangely this band largely did not wear hats.

If you don't care about sound quality, the yelling and screaming band before midnight maybe okay Some customers liked it. Wasn't worse than what I experienced once in Soi 7/1, perhaps was "Bangkok Beat" where band was so awful when I went there.

The hostesses, other than mine (short with good sized tits) were largely skinny types with almost no tits (the ones nearby that I saw), however I found a couple of them quite pleasant to look at. Met the mamasan "Taa" who seemed a very nice lady, where some other bars have awful mamasans. My hostess apparently has quit from KazyKozy due to being unable to get on with the gay mamas an (or papas an if you prefer. But Thais would call a gay man a mamasan even if not a ladyboy) at Kazy who seemed to be a quite annoying type when I had been there, in terms of being and uncalled for nuisance to farang customers than may not really wish to have to deal with over the top gays, or any mamasans for that matter.

So yes I would go back for a bit of fun, but not really before midnight I think is better. May BF next time. Drank too much alcohol today, and had a good encounter earlier so did not need a fuck.

Yes nearly all girls were in the slim / skinny category and some had great asses. Tits I would not know (well covered on the stage). I like a great body and a good face as well. Those that don't have finicky attitudes for the face will be in heaven.

Smoothy gave us a pic of Billboard girls previously, a group pic where could see the faces in good lighting. Only 1 or 2 of the girls were actually pretty (for the face), right? When asked we all picked the same girl to be the prettiest one, and she was not stunning either. The rest were a bit ordinary. That was probably quite representative, although its possible the standard of girls has improved further over that time. It amazes me however that girls can seem prettier when they are in very dim lighting. Last Saturday party night, even the girls in the bath area had tits covered when I was there. That was not a nice surprise.

Look, I still say Billboard has gotta be the best bar in Nana, for my taste. Suits Asians, Farangs and Indians, all types, excepting maybe if you like buxom girls then they are a bit scarce. If they had girls dancing nude, and improved the lighting a bit, I would be there often I am sure. I gave up Crazy House long ago due to its decline in standards.

What I said was the figures looked good. Tits could not tell as were covered too much. Not many faces appealed to me that much but that is my difficult taste. I have always admitted that Billboard is the best bar in Nana in recent times. Some guys maybe in heaven who do not have such tough standards for the face. Plenty of quite broad noses and fake noses that just don't appeal to me that much. Lighting on the stage is poor for my challenged eyesight. That makes it hard for me to see the faces properly. I was not dazzled by it all, at all. Ha ha. Yes girls have fancy costumes and fancy makeup, but truly beautiful to stunning faces, not that many I am afraid. Maybe 3 on stage were interesting me. Yes plenty above average.

Sorry I am so tough to please. I do have fond memories of a really excellent girl from this bar but was two years ago. I have not BFed there recently so don't have a fair view of performances.
