Yep. I think the term 'Sugar Daddy' is very apt. It's an indication of many guys' driver and can be more of a mental state than occupation: providing sweetness and sustenance to a defenseless and innocent young girl. Most of us know this couldn't be further from the truth.

I've never understood what problems guys are trying to solve with these cash payments from the other side of the world:

Reserve a position in line upon return? Become a higher priority customer? Guarantee a GFE or PSE? These are all going to be available when the monger arrives in country and is there, cash in hand, standing in front of the girl. No security deposit or prepayment is required:

Keep Annalyn out of the bar? Save her from an unjust world? Heal incredibly illness prone family members? Ain't going to happen. They are complete fabrications and the monger is never going to receive what he thinks he is paying for.

The only exception I have seen is where guys are very frequent / resident visitors and direct pay utility bills / school fees etc. They know that what they are paying for is legit and often receive discounted and ongoing services as the repayment plan. As likely many others here, Ive met (and bedded) women whose boyfriends have never been here and who are never likely to come. Many of the men seem to find some sort of emotional comfort in thinking they have a girlfriend. The weirdness quotient speaks more to the emotional neediness of the men than to the greed of the women I think.

Like others, I've often pondered the 'Why do they do it" question and have no firm answer. However, I think it speaks to some deep-seated emotional need on the part of the foreign guys, most of whom likely have no woman who "loves" them back home. Why make excuses? Just let no be no. If a chick asks me for money I tell them I have my own bills to pay. I don't go to work to pay the bills that Mary Jane Rottencrotch has made for herself..

You should be kinder to these lovely women and you yourself. A box of chocolates, some mallings, Western Union, some gold, soft words, light touches, Jolibee, a little Red Horse. Sometimes I think only we Europeans are civilised. We know the delicate look, the romance of silence, the value of women.

When I asked her why someone would buy her a $10 k ticket to fly via LHR to SIN for a DH job that pays almost nothing she said that's the ticket the contract agency sent her. I blocked her and moved on. I am much wiser today than back then but it's a story worth remembering for those who have big hearts and not a lot of experience in this area.

That is too funny. These girls are so stupid, that it's all quite amusing to watch. A maids' salary in Singapore is SGD $600 per month. So the airfare is more than a year's salary. I can just imagine a rich Chinese Madam bringing out the cheap Filipina maid from London on first class. ROFL.

Right now my usual excuse has been my bank has forbidden and blacklisted me sending money overseas. Do not know how much they believe it but I am sticking to it.

Why make excuses? Just let no be no. If a chick asks me for money I tell them I have my own bills to pay. I don't go to work to pay the bills that Mary Jane Rottencrotch has made for herself.

That whole thing of sending money to chicks has always been way over my head. Don't we raise our kids to grow up and take care of themselves? So why take care of some grown ass person living on the other side of the world that you hardly see? I work to have money to spend on myself; I don't get my ass out the bed at 3:30am some days and work all night some days to have money for someone else to spend on themselves.

And it is not just us guys sending it to females. Gay guys from western countries do the same shit for the guys they see in all the countries that we go monger in. So it is more of a give me some of what you have since you have more than me thing.

I have a nurse chick in Colombia. At first she didn't ask me for money, then she said she was behind on a bill and I said no. After that she said she had to pay something for her son's school and I said no. Two months ago she had surgery on her wrist and needed some medicine and I said no. Two days ago she was robbed when she went to get her salary out of the ATM. This time she didn't even ask, because she already knows the answer would be NO. And no many how many times I tell her no, she just will not die, or get sick, or get put out of the house, or get her cell phone reposesed, or no other shit that could happen to a chick because she did not receive money from you.

I've got several repeaters that I'm happy to see and be generous to when I'm back in country. However, they all know that calls or messages to me when I'm back home will be ignored and go unanswered.

Some of the recent posts about about scammers triggered this addition. In case you already did not know if a girl sends you pics of herself in a hospital with a needle in her arm it is likely a scam. Some say they have dengue, a mosquito borne infection, and need a blood transfusion. I recently confronted such a scammer with pics like this asking for money who I met on FC. I asked her to send me a copy of the doctor-signed diagnosis on hospital letterhead and never heard from her again. It is common scam in several third-world countries.

The mistakes we make is our mindset. When we make girlfriends in other countries we think we are dating girls in our own country. Dating girls in our own country usually does not translate in giving cash.

In other countries the pressure on life is enormous for them. Especially in Philippines I always had demands for money the moment I make ones GF. In beginning I am guilty of helping. But now I have wised up. Having said that I have helped girls to get education. That is my own decision.

A few years back I developed a regular who had all the physical attributes I needed. Great body, decent face and a soft voice. I typically gave her 2 k for "taxi" each time. Occasionally when I was back home she would ask for a 1-3 k for emergencies. During one such period she had the full-on heart-break story. Apartment burned down, she and her family was living in shelter, etc etc. She asked for like 3 k and I didn't think twice and sent it to her. Then a few days later another request and so on. I probably sent her a total of $300 US over a week or two as the stories gradually escalated. Finally I had enough and said no more. So she sends me a boarding pass that is for Singapore Airlines First Class from LHR to SIN with the name blurred out. Obviously she found the image online or some friend gave it to her.

A newbie contact has been working up the "sick baby" routine over the past few days.

Yesterday pic was a collection of meds, disease busting paracetamol and dimetapp. Funny.

Today she sends this pic as she just arrived at the hospital carry her baby but surprise surprise needs money for admission. Pretty obviously an old pic due to picture quality.

A quick google image reverse lookup finds the original including date stamp.

So tired of the non-creative scams.
