CBP Vetting no secondary? Conduct
No secondary vetting treatment. Good to go.
Conduct adjustment?

Especially the woman border patrol. After the pat down, it stopped. Only one time in 40 trips did anyone ask more than two questions or seem fascinated on why I'm in Mexico. So I think they keep track to let others know they patted you down, if they pay you down. Kind of like a unofficial sentry pass. I'm not on their likely "guilty" list.

Trip report
Headed down to Tijuana and arrived around 5:30 pm. Went down a bit early so I could stop by my tailor on Madero. Walked around the Zona dnd did not see any of US girls. Hung out till around 9 pm and decided to go with Cynthia. Got a good BBJ / facial for $15. Cynthia has a nice personality. She always wears a black tank top and walks around aimlessly on Constitution. Her BJ's skills are quite good. I was originally going to stay longer, but I was feeling tired and wanted to get home. I had a taco earlier and my stomach was a bit upset later on that night. Not sure if it was the taco or something else I ate. Also heard that Nicole decided to turn her self for a outstanding warrant she had in Orange County.

Actually I have few problems. With the US girls. The problem is finding a good or new one these days. Most of the hot ones like Jamie. Either have boyfriend's or rarely work. There has been reports of a few new US girls.
Few new US girls or that one girl Esmerealda. The other issue is that they don't have cell phones or are disconnected.

Thanks for the info.

Yes, her name is Trina. Service was lame and her body has way to much wear. Got a BBJ / facial from her. Was telling her how I wanted it and complained. Really quite irritating since I was being nice to her. Never again.

No. Your rights for now are nullified near an international border. They can go through your phone and pat you down for no reason if they want. CBP has way more power within 0-50 miles of the border than any other Fed Agency. Don't test them and be compliant. Unless you really like painful time killers that ruin any plans you have for a while.
I hear that one should fully comply with an order from the CBP. But if ordered, you can still challenge the admissibility of the evidence in a court of law. Now if you give the CBP approval to search, you waive your rights with your consent. Everything is admitted to bury you. That's what I hear. No idea what it really means.

This is singularly bad advice. Nobody crossing into the USA from another country has a constitutional right to "privacy. " There actually is no such constitutional right. You do have a right against unreasonable search, but that does not apply at the border. If CBP wants to search you, they can and they don't need your permission. If they want to search your bags, they can. If they want to examine your cell phone, they can. This is all long-settled case law. The only question that has arisen is whether or not they need "reasonable suspicion" in order to examine encrypted files on your device. A better solution is to be polite and cooperative. Don't give the agent shit, and don't act nervous. Best advice of all. Don't smuggle illegal substances.

Thanks Mr Ent. Didn't realize the difference. I would think they would say $20 or 400 peso's. Why would they say 200 peso's?
For many, many years the peso was at 10:1. 200 mxn = $20. That sort of pricing has stuck. The math is much easier. SGs were never priced in dollars until the gringos started swarming in. So, 200 pesos was always something of the norm for SG pricing. The exchange rate never was a significant factor because the prices were always in Pesos. Mexicans earn Pesos and they think in Pesos.

No, it is not normal. $20 is ripping yourself off. The girl tells you $20. You say I only have pesos. The girl then says 200 pesos. Same for the room. It was probably 50 pesos but you paid $5. So you paid $25 for a session that should have actually cost you $12.81. Why guys keep insisting on using dollars is beyond me.

It's funny as the first week I went to SG she said it was $20, week after. $25, last weekend she said it's. $30. At this rate I won't be able to afford her much longer.
Ironically each week I have given her $40. So it doesn't matter what price she says. Just love that girl.

CBP Secondary Behaviour?
CBP secondary cooler is open 24/7. Possible Crossing Time impact. CBP expects full compliance. Keep us posted about the conduct of CBP.

Right. I'm talking about the guy who comes to San Diego once a year and crosses the border into Mexico for his one night of fun. He doesn't have pesos left over from last year.

No it is not. They see you are not from there and ask for dollars, because evidently they know people are too lazy to exchange them. I always pay in pesos. Only those clubs like HK and Adelitas are hard lined on dollars. If you tell them in pesos they will give it to you at the exact rate it would be for dollars. Every one else will give you the "real" price in pesos.
The guys who don't care about the difference between $25 and $13 are the ones who ONLY go to Hong Kong and Adelitas and maybe Chicago Club if they are feeling adventurous, and those clubs are pegged to dollars. They take the limo and tip the guy two bucks, or if they have to take a cab they pay $5. They have been told not to go wandering around the zona, so they don't, not even to a cambio. They go to the taco cart and pay $3 for two tacos instead of 48 p. They tip the [CodeWord140] attendant $1. They walk out the back door of Hong Kong and talk to the girls hanging around Cascadas and get a quote of $25 and that's amazing compared to the $100 inside, so what the hell, they only live once right?

It's only 20 seconds if you are comfortable doing it and you know exactly how much you want to convert and you don't want to convert anything back. Otherwise its an extra hassle that may not be worth the time to save $12 when the guy is already blowing hundreds on drinks and fichas and lap dances and tips. It's small potatoes.
I used to work at a high-end ski resort and we saw the same behavior with our clients, foreign as well as American. Small amounts of money are all the same. Who cares that you can buy those exact same sunglasses in town at half the price, if they buy at the gift shop they can charge it to the room and that's just faster. A six pack at the gift shop is nearly twice the price as at the gas station across the street, but who wants to go over there? No one.
I get pesos when I go to Mexico, but not very many anymore. There are not a lot of places where it makes a difference to me. Street girls and small purchases like water at Oxxo are about it anymore. Every other place I go either takes credit cards or dollars. Yes, I pay street girls in pesos, and I agree with you that it makes sense and saves money. That's why I see street girls after all, not for the stellar service or amazing looks. So I get it, yes, pay in pesos if you want to save money. But there are guys for whom it's not worth it.
