If you intend to do A+, ask for it specifically during the lineup (in front of everyone), before choosing the girl. Do not leave any ambiguity, do not simply assume she'll do it if listed on the website or you heard it from another punter or it's shop policy. I was far from impressed by service (no A+ requested) at Mango last two times I went. Momo was outright bad with a poor attitude, and Vanda was a lovely person and made an acceptable effort, but her service was still below average.
