Posts: 310I know that other countries like NZ have a similar policy. One DUI is enough to get you banned. I've been told that this is in retaliation for the US denying entry to foreigners who have been convicted of a DUI at their home. Getting even one DUI is no joke.

Where is the best place to find independent providers? If anyone knows any that meets these specifications please post the link here, thanks.
"I'm looking for a thicker girl with preferably very huge tits such as H cups or bigger. I also very much enjoy big fat bubble butts and thick / juicy thighs. Basically an Instagram thick type of girl. In terms of service I would hope that for $200 I get an excellent girl friend experience with a lot of kissing, rubbing, nipple sucking, bare back blowjob, etc. "

First if all, what you are describing isn't how law enforcement activity really works even in the United States. Sure those type of scenes occur on bad 8 pm TV crime dramas (cops busting into hotel rooms without probable cause), but it doesn't happen with respect to prostitution in real life.
In Canada, with one side of the equation not doing anything illegal at all (even if selling sex), and the other side arguably not doing anything illegal (buying time and companionship), there is no reason for heavy-handed law enforcement activity. The police have simply said as much in the prioritization policy following the enactment of the new law. Prostitutes, in addition to not being subject to arrest for selling sex, are allowed to legally purchase administrative, advertising and transportation services, which allows agencies to legally exist. Although from a legal standpoint the agency ladies are selling time and companionship, which is advertised by the agencies, and the agencies do administrative scheduling and transportation services for the ladies.
I don't know how you dream this kind of police-state thing up with no possibility of it happening, yet go to Tijuana, where there is the real possibility of something bad actually happening to you, regardless of whether all the prostitution acts are legal. But to each his own.

Posts: 8Crossing The Border From The US
Anyone ever been denied entry to Canada?
I had a multiple day trip planned this week and was turned away by the Canadian authorities on Sunday. I have a DUI conviction on my record. The arrest took place May 2009 and the case was decided January 2010 with suspended sentence and 2 years probation. In most of my research I found that the immigration officials will allow you entry 10 years after the incident. I tested this theory with my first trip to Canada since 2009 this past June (prior to my DUI I was a yearly visitor to Ontario). I drove to the Quebec border and crossed over at Stanstead. I was flagged for secondary screening after answering yes to question of have you ever been arrested. I'm not sure exactly what occurred during my secondary screening, but when I entered the building I was asked the exact same questions from the agent that I just answered at the guard booth. They told me to have a seat. After about a 30 minute wait they called my name and handed me back my passport and was allowed into Canada. I came back again in July. This time I crossed over the Quebec border from New York at Blackpool. I was allowed into Canada without any secondary screening.
Sunday I tried to cross the Quebec border from Vermont at Philipsburg-St. Armand. I was flagged for secondary screening and told to talk to the immigration officials. This time I was told that I cannot enter Canada because I last appeared in front of a judge in January 2010. Therefore it had not been 10 years from that time. I was told that after January 2020 I can come back to Canada because it will have been over 10 years now.
Needless to say I was pretty pissed off at the situation. I drove 4.5 hours to the border, had non-refundable hotel reservations, already booked a Sunday appointment with XO and booked with an indy on Monday and another indy on Tuesday. So I had to drive 4. 5 hours back home the same day.
Anyone from the US have similar circumstances or know someone with similar circumstances? I'm wondering if what the immigration official told me is correct. Or do I risk being denied again after January. I would hate to miss out on the Montreal experience. Nowhere else I have been compares to it.

After the new law was passed, the law enforcement agencies of Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver issued prioritization bulletins stating that there prioritization policy would continue to be toward the prostitution of underaged and trafficked persons.
As a result, the new law has had no real effect, other than sex acts not being as openly advertised. Incall locations are kept off the Internet, and ladies do not typically work there in large groups at the same time, lest it will look like an illegal brothel.
A customer is purchasing the time and companionship of the escort, which is legal to buy and sell, and to advertise by the agencies (or by the escort herself).
Canada was never big on stings, and all known stings have involved ads where the customer is informed immediately that the (nonexistent) lady is underaged. This has occurred more often in rural Canada.
Hotels are girl-friendly and escorts and customers are not hassled.
If you have concerns, stay away from low-end classified sites like LeoList. If there is ever going to be Canadian law enforcement activity, it will start at the low end of the scene, not with respected agencies and upscale independents.

The girls will take Dollars, but local currency is an acceptable form of payment. I don't have much experience in Eastern Europe lately, but I'm guessing the girls are very comfortable accepting Euro.
Just to clarify for the guy booking hotels and AirBnB, if you are searching for rooms from the USA the websites typically know you are in the USA And quote US $ prices.

What is the legality of prostitution in Montreal? If you get caught by the police can they ruin your life and jail you like in the united states? What is the likelihood of getting caught? Do the police set up stings, pretending to be independent girls and jailing johns that they catch? Are these escort agencies and independent girls under the threat of law enforcement and are they at risk of being shut down?

Montreal is an escort city where time and companionship is sold.
This is why we have reviews and recommendations.
You book an escort and either see her incall or outcall.
Although you are purchasing time and companionship, you will get what you want if you read the reviews and recommendations.
The legal situation does not allow multiple ladies to be at one place and do a line-up.
And there has never been an interest by the ladies of working this way, even before the new law.
Your first posts were of FKKs.
The German FKK system gets a pipeline of Eastern European ladies, primarily from Romania, who work and live at the facility.
Montreal doesn't work that way. The ladies work by appointments and balance daily life between appointments.

VOG is outcall only.
There is no agency where you can go and see the girl. Some Massage parlor you can do that. If interested look for YPG.
Incall agency only 3 of them Velvet (in the Plateau area), XO east of downtown and Euhporia in Griffintown. Each of these 3 have stellar line up. Still some girl are much better then others. You need to pre-book (XO and Velvet) or no later then 9 am (Euphoria). Call instead of texting agency. And have a plan be.
Montreal is unique in North america for quality of girl and price. Ho almost forgot learn just a few words of French. Always polite to say Salut comment ca va instead of Hello how are you. Or Tu es si mignonne je vais te manger tout cru.
Cheers.
