Any theories why the standard might have been improving recently? It is possible. Police harassment could have dropped off, or Girls not liking Thermae for some reason. Perhaps Thermae got too overcrowded, and a moderately good looking girl may get a customer on Soi 4 more easily (even if have to set cheaper price).
