Anyone know where to find the 9's and 10's in the go go bars?

Nowhere. There are occasional 8's, per my personal Bell curve. I see them in Atlantis and that bar on the fourth floor (that bar who had daddy's girls dancers) close to High Society. But many times, they are not available.

Norma's is considered to be the most reliable. Also, since its slightly off the main drag there are lesser chances of being accosted by unsavory characters.

Norma's was the only money changer that my hotel clerk knew of that changes pesos to US dollar (sometimes I win playing poker). The spread was pretty fair / good.

I am somewhat paranoid, but IMO, Walking Street is very safe. During business hours, many people are around. I don't think the unsavory characters are going to mug you in front of everyone, just like most places in the world. I have not read about people getting mugged and killed on Walking Street. But I don't constantly monitor the news. I read a few stories in which the guy gets killed when he leaves Walking Street. I read a story where a tourist gets killed on Walking Street when he got into a fight with a vendor (he pulls out a knife). I read about Westerners who get seriously injured when they get into fights on Walking Street.

Of course, you have to worry about the grab and run, and the pick pockets. But that shouldn't be a major concern if you are careful.

Just got back from a 3 week trip to fields ave. Looked in almost every bar on Fields for girls I consider a ten only to find not much over a 7 in any of the bars there. Maybe I'm missing something, or I don't come across as someone you want to rob. I've been to AC 5 times in 2 years and never had an issue with changing money. Maybe it's because I'm only changing 100-150 at a time, or I'm a bigger guy. Are there really people afraid to change money in the AC?

I typically go to the barber shop on walking street. You can change your money inside, away from the eyes of the public. If I need a $3 trim I'll get one too. I'm never worried about changing money, more so about spending to much on a girl from HC. But then I'm stealing good times.

One such guy at same money changer, and yes Norma"s, walked to Norma's on his own, got his money and walked away, only to be shot in the back of the head and robbed, some distance away. Guy saved small tips and trike fee, and paid for it with his life.

Yes, you are right. I sure wish there was a way to do it in one. I thought I would get my first treatment in Angeles to save some money and see how it goes. I have been having my back waxed for a little over a year now and I don't seem to get as much hair now. But I guess its time to go to the next step.
