However, the original poster was asking about dating Normal girls from malls, restaurants etc. So the probability of random girls at 20 accepting a date from 60 years old is very low unless you directly offer money and even then results are not guaranteed. So your chance to get them to bed is near zero. Sure if you go to clubs or working girls areas your chance will nearly 100 percent.

There's more frauds on this site than there are those with real experience.
"Have to be under 40. " Shut up! You never stepped foot on the African continent.
"Red Light District. " Africa doesn't quite understand zoning.
You should actually travel vs. sit at your PCs with your pants around your ankles.

Posts: 23Take a Boda to Kabalagala after dark, plenty of ladies will approach you along the main strip, can also try Big Mike's in kololo, plenty of girls will approach you there.

In my experience if a woman passes by in Uganda without returning your gaze, she's not interested. Stopping girls under false pretences will get you nowhere. The thing to do is to let your eyes wander and see what happens. If you catch a girl's eyes and she wants to hook-up she will show it. She will gaze at you unashamedly until you come up to her. Don't expect this to happen too often though. During the day women don't make up more than 15% of people in the streets except on markets and the rare shopping malls where it can be 30%. Girls in shopping malls are often with male friends. I often had girls interested in me when I was already with another girl (sod's law or maybe something else having to do with the dynamics of mating).

You want to pick girls from street, mall etc you need to be under 40. Its not about white, if you are young guy they will be all over you.

If you want to meet WGs or semi pro interested in P4 P find out where they hang out: could be bars, clubs, a street etc. Or try to make contacts on social medias: Badoo, tinder, afrointroduction etc.
Approaching ladies randomly will end up in disappointments.

My advice: unless you are in some type of red light district (every city have one) or into bars / clubs frequented by WGs (pro or send pro) trying to approach random females expecting to get them into P4P will get you in trouble.

Been here in Kampala for 2 weeks, those barrels full of fish without bottom like a lot of you guys are telling about Uganda, I really doubt it. I am not speaking about Tinder girls not even night clubs, I never go to night clubs.
I am speaking just about me, a white, walking a whole day around in the street, shopping malls etc.
Saying Hi!, Asking girls, women about a directon etc and then trying to get a dialogue. My conclusion is a LOT of women don't like whites, so the white God factor is in my opinion already gone. I think I am here 10 years too late coming to Africa.
