Everybody's been there. It's no secret. Frankly, I think the rooms are in need of some maintenance. But, to answer your question, it's priced around the same as all the other Tijuana love motels. There's not a lot around it, and you'll need a car / taxi / uber to get there. Rooms are 500-ish pesos for 4 hours.

A better alternative is La Mansion. Same price, give or take a few pesos, better facilities, a bit easier to reach from Centro than Premier. Again, not pedestrian friendly, but few love motels are.

A better choice for one with other stuff (restaurants, shopping) within walking distance is Motel Ensueno in Otay.

Today, Monday, the PedWest line looked to be over 3 hours long in the afternoon. Sentri really paid off.

Tuesday morning hour ten minutes. Busses dropping people off left right who get to cut the line. Plus other constantly cutting the line.
