Yeah, there are 2 clubs in BKK that specialize in what you are looking for. Check out BarBar on Patpong 2 and Demonia on Sukhumvit Soi 33. I have never been to either place, but a friend who occasionally indulges in the kinky stuff recommends both of these fetish clubs.
