Thanks to one of our brothers I met this Afro couple of days back. Best bet is the bunch of spas in Sadashivnagar main road. Been to a couple and basic extras are easy to get. Others depend on how you ask for it, or repeat customer. Been to a few of them a while ago, most of them have NE girls.
