I have read that the beer bars in the new Soi 7 complex, supposedly to be called Nana Market, will charge an 800 baht barfine for their girls. These days it is unusual when I hear that the barfine in a go-go bar is 800 baht instead of 1000 baht or even 1,500 baht unless it is one of the slower nights of the week. And the beer bar girls start out quoting 3,000 baht for ST just as the go-go girls do. That doesn't mean they get it, just that they ask for it. Same with the go-go girls.

I have never seen a gogo asking more than 1000 b for barfine in bkk. Though in Pattaya, mainly on walking street, it's pretty much standard. In bkk, I have seen BF mostly around 600-800 b in both nana & cowboy.

Usually in bkk bars ask 1000 b for more popular girls, I think it was twister or billboard last month where I was asked 1 k because she was "popular". I denied and minutes later someone BFed her. Well, next day just out of temptation I BFed her for same amount (2,500 to girl for one shot), and service was decent. But was it worth it 4 k (including ladydrinks), nope.

A 1,500 baht barfine and 2,500 baht to the girl, as much as I will generally go for a sweet, young, fit and cute go-go girl who agrees to Real Sex with me is, imo, serious enough money to expect good service, good attitude and no bullshit about it. Otherwise, I will cut back on the money without a moment's hesitation and feel just fine about it. I agree! At this price level customers have a right to expect good to excellent service from a very sexy girl. But customers must also know how to pick the right girl and bring her around. Nothing is automatic or guaranteed.

I have paid the 1000 baht to 1500 baht super barfine at certain Agency Go Go's for a number of years. I think it was 2011 when I 1st went to What's Up Go Go in Pattaya and met Nut. I was and am still willing to pay these prices, but only if the girl is really hot. In BKK the super barfine never really caught on like it has in Pattaya. The only place in BKK that I have paid it is in Kings Castle 1 because I am usually very happy with select girls in RB2, RB4, Twister, Billboard, and Pink with their normal barfines. But even in the days when my Mini worked in Baccara (Cowboy), the barfine was 800 baht, but the bar had a 2 lady drink minimum before any of their girls were allowed to leave which made the real out the door barfine over 1000 baht. Kind of. I normally buy a Go Go girl a drink if I am at all interested in her anyway. It's called the audition.

The last time I was in Pattaya in May, the difference in quality between the better Agency Go Go girls with super barfines and the girls in regular Go go's was palpable. I mean I could see the difference immediately. Bummer! 555. As a result I paid up and only barfined girls I liked from Pin Up and Sensations. Of course I also had some cheap fun in the afternoon on Soi 6 Roxy Bar and Soi Full Love Inn 007 Club. So I don't know what I will make of the new Soi 7 "Nana Market" hostess girly bars until I check them out, but it sounds like they are being way too optimistic about prices. I mean asking for an 800 barfine & 3000 baht for a former Queens Park (Soi 22) bar girl is CRAZY IMHO. Then again it is high season so it might work at least temporarily, but long term I don't think many punters are going to shell out that kind of money for a 4 or 5 star out of 10 star girl.

By comparison, my little 19 year old Rocket Blaster from 007 Club Soi Full Love Inn was 1000 baht + 300 for the room and the sex was great. Yes, she was a little scrawny thing and weighed less than 38 kg with very small tits, but she had something I found attractive in a crazy kind of way and she turned me on. Later that same night I barfined a Pin Up girl for 1500 baht and I gave her 3000. She was much better looking with a hell of a lot more fashion sense than my afternoon girl. The sex with Miss Pin Up was very good. I plan on seeing her again when I return to Pat. But the bottom line is its hard to compare the 2 sessions, they were so different, and the main point I would like to convey is that I enjoyed them both, the 1300 baht all in little waif girl and the 4500 baht smokin' hot and she knew it, agency girl.

Why the doubling in price, and why are guys paying it?

These are some of the reasons I have no qualms whatever about reducing the amount I agreed to pay "IF" we fuck bareback or whatever I have proposed and they have agreed to do but they don't at least bring minimally acceptable effort to my bed or, worst case scenario, they have bullshitted their way into my room.

And I have never felt noticeable negative vibe or repercussions in the venue later. Not even all that much from the same girl in the same venue. You don't want to pay dramatically less willy nilly for no good reason, of course. But if it is for a good reason, the girl usually understands.

The idea of any of us paying 1000 - 1500 baht barfine just to the bar is probably harder for them to understand than reducing their pay for providing obviously crap service.

That's the beauty of mongering in Thailand. One can never pull that off and get away with health and wealth in Latin America. However, the LA chicas do perform better than the Thai babes.

I only had 2 times where there was any hint of a threat to me for drastically reducing the amount agreed upon "IF" or refusing to pay anything at all. One was about 30 years ago and the other one was about 5 years ago. Both were Freelancers. Neither incident was all that serious of a risk, just raised voices and the girl appeared to be prepared to make a big scene for whoever was around at the time.

But that was no big deal, just a lot of dramatic play acting on their part. With those two, the recent two and any other occasions where I have done it, it was so blatantly obvious they got busted on an attempted scam they had no argument or complaint to make really.

IG happens more by accident and with a little work. Like I said, these are 'long plays. ' First, make sure you have a couple of posts in your IG profile. Some of the FLs and other girls will post their IG account information on TF, for example. You follow them. Look at their posts in the past and when they come up. Look at who comments or likes. You see some good looking friends there that you start following. Just keep building the contacts you follow. Comment and DM the ones you are interested in. Sometimes you get lucky. That's how I found Hooters girl. Total accident. And I didn't know she was a Hooter's girl until I saw her IG post. BTW, there are a few cuties at the Soi 4 Hooters. I unfortunately booked a crap hotel on soi 7 (soi go pee pee) but in doing so saw that a mini complex of of about 15 new girly bars being constructed right now. Its right off Sukumvit and before the beer garden. Only one open as of yesterday staffed by 3 grandmas but hopefully when this mini complex is complete they get some fresh talent. In the days of tear anything down remotely good to build a shit condo this could be some rare good news. And on the far side of the street are multiple pop up bar stands with some street food, late career Thai hos and a few hot Africans to entertain you while watching the paint dry on the the new girly bars.

That is good news. I've a friend who lives down Soi 7 who told me this place was coming; glad it's here. It's possible that some of the new places are replacements for others from different sois that are being pushed out by the condo development you write about. But even if it's a net 0 proposition, it beats losing more places. Thanks for sharing this information AL.

I don't get it. My posts have been complemented on other boards. This board seems to be a lot about steak houses, how things suck now compared to 30+ years ago, and attacking an open and honest poster who is an experienced monger, even if this is his first trip to Thailand.

But this was twice in a row in just the previous week. I have avoided trying new girls for now and have retreated to some of my good quality regulars until this "wave" of bad experiences has a chance to run its course, maybe a couple of weeks. In my case I live here and can weather these kinds of lousy waves, compare them to the terrific weeks I've had and no doubt will continue to have. But I suspect if this was my first trip to Thailand and I got 2-3 of those kinds of experiences in a row, I would book the next flight the hell out of this country, vow never to return again and assume any "good" reports I read from punters on sites like this one were pure hogwash.
