I visited Cairo last week and can confirm Cairo is not a mongering destination. However, if you are going to visit Cairo anyway, you have opportunities. You would think. I was there with relatives five years ago (before they blew up the Russian jet) and not looking for anything, but to me it seems there is nothing. Might be possible to get lucky with another drunken tourist at a club if you have game (I have no game). They've built a f!cking wall around the city.
