I could probably buy it for less on the internet, but I am ok with this price. The quality is very high. I no longer have a need to buy this medication in MNL or Jakarta where I used to make my annual purchases without a prescription.

I am afraid that you may be out of luck when it comes to sourcing real pharmaceutical Cialis in MNL. A couple of years back I was told by several reliable sources that Cialis was no longer available in the PI. That the importer had lost its Philippine license or something. And if the legal stuff is not available even with a prescription, I sure as hell would not fool around with the street crud. There is no telling what that stuff is.

The good news is that there is no trouble buying pharmaceutical Viagra or its generic Sildenafil Citrate in MNL Mercury Pharmacies. Just ask and if the counter person questions you, tell her / him you have an American / Australian prescription but ran out. You can buy just about any amount within reason.

Everyone is different, but I prefer Viagra over Cialis. It seems stronger and more reliable to me and for some reason the effect seems to last for me for 12 hours (overnight). My doctor tells me that I probably don't have a full blown ED problem and that would explain why Viagra seems to last so long for me.
