I second that advice. Charles Schwab even reimburses the ridiculous ATM fees in Argentina. And the daily withdrawal limit can be changed *live over the phone with them* to pretty much anything you want. Once I needed some cash so I increased the limit with them to something like $3 k, took the money out, and brought the limit back down.

Marquais, seeing as how you meant South America not seeking arrangement, and there is no visa requirement for Brazil, then Sao Paulo is the place to be. There were more 10's there than in any other city in South America I visited, and every woman I was with was amazing behind closed doors.

The Argentine vets would tell you the best performing women in BA were from Paraguay. Before the Venezuelan invasion of Colombians, Paraguay had the distinction of being the cheapest place in South America. I was with many fine women there, and most I paid was $20. But there is no reason to go as Paraguay is hard to get to, they have an easy to obtain visa but it is $160, and Asuncion is crazy boring.

For strict P4 P and short term encounters, I wouldn't even bother with anywhere else in South America outside of Colombia and Brazil. Anywhere else is a waste of time.

In all likelihood, you'll enjoy Colombia. Brasil is fantastic as well, but Rio and Sao Paulo are a long ass trip from Colombia. If you're in Colombia for a month, I could see a "side trip" to Brasil, but otherwise, save it for another trip.

Buenos Aires hasn't been good for well over a decade.

Yes I was referring to Sudamerica sorry for any confusion caused on my part, and yes I heard he has wiped out all the casas in BA (at least most of them).

I did not know I need a visa for SP or RDJ, how fast can they process? Can I do it in person at the consulate in CTG?

As far as flights I found a non stop to Rio approx 6 hrs, or a non stop to BA approx 6 hrs from Bogota about the same price.

These are (back up plans of last resort) in the event I don't like what's on offer in Columbia.

I love the chicas in Tijuana, so if I can find the same types I'll be OK.

You do not need a visa for Argentina, and BA would be a good backup if you have no Brazilian visa. You will have far more to choose from in BA but if time were not an issue, I would consider looking at the college town of Cordoba and Mendoza ahead of BA. Argentine women are smart and beautiful but they have a deserved reputation for being distant. As a friend said of BA, "Anywhere you look around, you can find an Argentina woman who rates as an 8, but there are very few 10's. The 10's were in Colombia and Brazil. " It is just so far to get to BA. A nonstop to Bogota is relatively easy. A trip to Southern Brazil or Argentina is a serious pain.

I would put Peru as #4. You will find a lot of women on SA in Lima. Peruvians tend to be sweet, caring, and skilled in the sack, but they are often not as attractive as you will find in other parts of Latin America. Peru though is second only to Colombia with regards to Venezuelan refugees and you can find attractive, intelligent, and skilled Vennie women in Peru. They will be a bit more expensive in Lima as Lima is more expensive than Colombia but nowhere near what you would pay in Panama.

I take a different approach. 3 weeks before heading to Medellin, I scroll through some facebook chicas I know and check out their friends lists, and I look at the lists of some of the men they are friends with.
