I was going to buy a cheap ticket on line just as an excuse but then I thought why do this? Why not go down there and get a good ticket at game time for a lot less? Stub hub tickets can be so expensive for some seats.

I haven't used Stubhub in the last year, but prices closer to game time seem to be stubbornly sticky. They also have some rules for various venues to cut-off sales within an hour or two of the start time. That seems to preempt a big markdown.

For Americans coming up to Montreal. I'm pretty sure your best bet on coming in to Canada would be to say you're coming up to go to a couple of strip clubs. Maybe take in some music somewhere.
