Coronavirus is starting to show up in Colombia so it will be interesting to see how airport entry might be affected in the near future.

Truth is, both of you are kind of right. It's really specific to the individual person and situation.

The higher people are on the socioeconomic ladder, the less likely they will be to call you "amor".

The colder the climate, the less likely.

Prepagos and putas will ALWAYS call you amor or bb though. This much is true.

I remember once back on 2006 when my second ex-wife (who actually used to have a presence here) was with me we were eating in a neighborhood restaurant and I needed some salt and addressed the waitress as "amor". My wife was FURIOUS and the waitress started making eyes at me and flirting with me. LOL!

In NYC in the Spanish speaking community almost everybody calls each other amor so it was force of habit for me (I was still living in NYC at the time).

And in Medellin, it's usually just "mor" instead of "amor."

Never had any Colombian friends who weren't P4P call me amor, more, bebe, etc. Although a few have used "Mijo."

If I'm chatting with a girl about setting up a P4P meeting and she talks to me as if she's someone who does P4 P, it's not going to bother me. If I'm asking a nun for directions and she blurts out "amor, dame la verga en mi culo" it's probably going to throw me off.

What do you have a talent for (or what do you currently / last job). Have laptop and internet connection can travel. Look at freelance websites and see if there is anything that will allow you to work from home. Video Editing, Music, Photo Editing, Day Trading, find businesses who need a representative in foreign countries, web developer, IT developer / coder, Travel Agent, Podcaster, Blogger, Telemarketer, Call center rep / Tech Support specialist, Teacher / tutor, Author / Writer / Editor, Graphic designer, Software tester, Hacker, Meeting / convention / event planner. I could go on and on. What do you have a talent for and make a plan.

    Facebook chicas

Everyone, especially Mojo Bandit, thanks a mil for the help.

I will join the forum with an account, Mojo. Just need to find time to get to a place a couple of miles away that has a machine that sells bitcoin.

I tried online, thoroughly confused. One of the services that you go through, to get a bitcoin wallet, asks all of these security questions, and one of them shows you a map of your city and asks you to name which cross streets are the closest of the multiple options. Just moved to Orlando, and I don't know the streets.

It was absolutely infuriatingly frustrating and wanted to scream.

That has been my experience as well. When a chica starts that in our text chats, it is a turnoff for me. To me, it comes across as hardened and uneducated outside the world of putanomics. It should be a red flag, if you are not looking for p4 p.

Her mom and dad used to ask me to sleep at the house (couch though). They never asked me for anything. Now she is divorced with 2 small kids, but we still talk every now and then.

Don't want them thinking that I'm trying to go at it at the pure civilian level, and then ignore me, like "what the hell, you're too old to date".

Can you pretty much assume, they'd be down for meeting you, in the above categories?

If a chica has even one obvious old man gringo friend, 90% chance she is a prepago if she has 2 then its 110% , if she has a photo of her in panties, 100% chance she is a prepago, another tell sign is if she has photos of her in horns or some horns superimposed on her head in a photo, if she has a silhouette of something with horns or the devil emoji with horns. I am 80% sure that these are prepagos. I have found plenty of chicas that have none of the above that are chicas but most of the chicas I have found that have this on their profile are prepago. Get a Forum membership and I can help you more through private messages.

But then I realize, most of them have been probably having P4P relp's for a while, so they know my intent when they see my profile and message.

I'll just be straightforward, but ease into it of course.
Flirt with them right off the bat, do not be shy, I have guys messaging me telling me that they do not get responses when they message chicas and when I ask them what they are saying its usually some dry business approach, these are chicas and while we always want to keep in our minds that they are about our money (cause they are) we can still help them maintain the illusion that we are romantic, as they do every time they call us "amor" or "cielo"(which by the way is how you know for sure she is prepago when she addresses you with a term of endearment). You can do this but keep in mind that some might immediately try to take advantage of you. I handle that by being just as full of shit as they are. If they say "Amor I need some money because i am about to lose my apartment" I can either go to settings and block her "ignore her messages" or if she is super hot and I want to leave the door open to fuck her later, I can say some BS right back "I don't have it now, I lost my job after the accident but as soon as I get my settlement money I will have the money to come to medellin and then we talk about what we can do for each other". I am not about to contradict JjBee62, there is no need to contact them until a week or so before you arrive. But sometimes you want to assure yourself that the chica you are looking at is a prepago so then its not a bad idea, and always lead off with "I am coming to Medellin in blah blah days" so the know you are serious. Then you can flirt a little by telling her she is beautiful and you want to spend some time with her throw in some kissy emoji and a dollar sign emoji, often the third thing I say to the hotter ones is "I want to bury my face between your legs". I have not had one that did not like that a lot. I have accidentally talked to chicas that were not prepago and none were offended that I thought they were.

It's kind of a hike, like at least 30 min or so. If you do, do they usually go along with it and drive to your apt / hotel, etc?
There is a popular FB chica named Ieraldin Gomez who has a few FB profiles who hops on a bus from a little hick town about hour southeast of Medellin, so Bello is not that far in comparison, I always kick Ieraldin extra pesos for the bus ride even though she does not ask, which is part of the reason that I do, she is a sweet heart.

About the Facebook thing, if you want to keep this separated from say the activity that your coworkers, friends and family see, then here are a couple of tips. Absolutely you would be better off with a separate profile. This is getting harder to do because FB has tightened up on fake and duplicate profiles. Also you have to start over. So here are a few tips if you choose or have to stay with your primary profile.

In Facebook you can choose who sees your post as was stated earlier. This is important too because if a chica can see your post than they can "like" of even comment on your posts and your whole Facebook world might then take notice. You can have a set group of friends who see your posts, yes it is a pain in the ass but once you do it once, you do not have to do it again. You can separate your friends into categories, say you put all your chica friends into the category of "acquaintances" , then when you go to post "I am on a flight to Medellin" go to the box where you make a post, click on "create a post" then in that box that pops up there is another box that wants you to say who you are posting to it might say "Public" of "Friends" etc, if you click on that box a drop down box opens and you can scroll down and see "acquaintances" . Disclaimer: I have never tested this. You can also create your own groups. You want a group that says "Medellin" you can do this. When you click on someones profile and you see the box that says you are "friends" you can click on that box and drop down opens, says "close friends" "acquaintance" scroll down and it says add to another list, click that and at the bottom of that is an option that says "new list". , type in say Medellin and that creates your medellin list and it will be a new option everytime you add another friend.
